The Luxe Manor    

Location and staff were both great. Breakfast facilities and overall hotel were also excellent. Small but usable fitness facilities a worthwhile bonus.

Very small room, though probably no smaller than some others in HK. Bathroom so small had to enter by walking in sideways and shower so narrow I could not turn around without being completely entwined by the shower curtain (a feature I usually take note to avoid in any hotel). Room decor 'interesting', not to everyone's tastes- including mine. I understand the motive in being boutique / quirky, just felt a little like I was staying in a distant, rather eccentric relative's bedroom - ie somewhat uncomfortable.

I have been to HK so many times, it is the best hotel for its value, I will always stay there. Breakfast is a treat.

Location and easy access within 5mins walk to prime shopping area of Nathan road in Tsim Sha Tsui. Although it does not boast a huge lobby but surprisingly the rooms are clean and spacious. Bus Shuttle to Airport Train Express or directly to airport. Definitely value for money.

Location to food shopping transport. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Service helpful with a lot of local knowledge. Will write addresses in Chinese for the taxi. Breakfast just fine.

Everything was good!

We were happy with our stay. The staff were very friendly and the rooms spacious and very comfortable. The works on the elevators did not affect us since we were out during the day. I am not sure how it affected others. We would come back. The rates available via the internet are great, especially because they included breakfast.

Overall very happy. Perhaps the dining room (breakfast) could offer more smaller tables. Breakfast is usually something you like to have your peace and quiet.

The lobby and Dada Bar decor was absolutely gorgeous, the room was well-appointed and comfortable, the location has easy access to fine dining, shopping, and sightseeing, the breakfast was lovely, and the staff was gracious. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

Service was very good. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff very friendly.

Decor is a bit dated. Lifts were very slow. Staff used the same lifts as patrons so lifts were often full relating into more waiting.

Staff in principle. Lacking warmth, no smile let alone greetings. Breakfast crew ok. Lobby front desk as cold as the aircon. The rest of bellboy or concierge either missing, or stiff like robots.

Very attentive staff, great location. A bit quirky as advertised, we will happily stay at the Luxe again.

Everything, was amazing! One of the if not the best place we have stayed in and we have travelled a fair bit. Loved the complementary mini desserts delivered to the room every late afternoon and the comp mini bar items. Also enjoyed visiting Finds restaurant which serves Amazing Scandinavian food, well worth visiting!!!

Web site did not give the hotel the credit it's due and I would highly recommend that website is redesigned!

At 200 Pounds a night it was a little on the expensive side.

location, fair value for the money I paid thanks to Booking.com, I would definitely recommend this Hotel to travelers who have a budget of up to HKD 1000 per night.

I was unable to extend my stay for another 5 nights as the price increased by 50%, moved to the Harbour plaza 8 Degrees, do not recommend Harbour Plaza to anybody, well below the 4 star standards, more a 1 star Hotel compared to the Luxe Manor.

The design and ambience of the hotel is perfect with a soft cosy Victorian approach. The location provides high accessibility. Located on Kimberley Road, the hotel is minutes walk away from the shopping malls.

The room wasn't properly tidied daily. Cleanliness is good but the bed sheet wasn't tided nicely but it was just the small details.

The design of the hotel is excellent. It is comfortable and nice to stay in the hotel.

Some of the room is come with a disabled user bathroom. The reception counter staff should inform the customer before they check in. The design is warm heart for some special hotel customers. But it is not convenient for normal customers to use it.

I just love the feel of the hotel. The interior decor was fabulous.

The room 1411 was so small and the bed really was not a double but slightly larger than a single. The guests in 1410 had a young child who screamed most of the night and kept most of the 14th floor awake. we did not hardly slept for the last 2 nights!!!
