The staff is wonderful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. It is truly a hospitable hotel. Pretty world class for its size. The rooms are generally expansive and the beds are very comfortable. I also like the white on white with the bed linen. Nothing of that dirty rubbish decoration that are thrown on hotel beds these days which you know do not get washed after each guest.

The location is excellent. Easy to access to various shopping malls near by. There's 24 hours super market next to the hotel which is really convenient for us because we have children. Concierge was very helpful about the information for the city tour.Very polite staff and best of all was the late check out.

location is the central shopping area, the size of the room, the view, and the isolation of the noise. the breakfast was bad for the 5 stars hotel !!! variety and quality !!!

Park Lane Club coffee and snacks all day. Kept going back for the good coffee. Love how it's right above the HMV and Ikea stores. Really great location in Causeway Bay, and just a few steps away from the MTR as well.

It is conveniently located to the Causeway Bay mtr, shops and a supermarket that opens 24 hours a day. So if one gets up hungry, he just walks to the supermarket 2 mins away to satisfy his hunger.

Location. Location. Location. Everything you'll ever want and need is no more than a 10 min leisure walk from the hotel. Hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooms are clean and pretty big by Hong Kong standard.

Exceeded our expectations! From the free room upgrade, to the consistently speedy room service and housekeeping requests. Even the fuss-free late check-out, free internet and view of Victoria Park and Tin Hau area. Spacious room, comfy beds and pillows. Fresh linen. Quiet, non-smoking floor, bright hallways -- far cry from the tour-group laden lobby. Unobtrusive security personnel, but they're visible which is reassuring. More than enough lifts, even at prime time. Very short waiting time. And what a location! Dining alternatives & shopping across (Windsor), Ikea in the basement, easy transport via Tram (Paterson St) or MTR, Airport Express Bus (@ Door Step!). Two groceries nearby, and Victoria Park as a Green respite from all the concrete and granite. Aircon control needs some fiddling to set (old dial thermostat): had to switch it off from time to time when it got too cold. Towels are always fresh, but may need replacement soon as they're starting to look dog-eared. Wish I could find a more consistent way of getting same great rates from them all the time.

Although response from the hotel staff was always quick and reliable, there was (1) clogged drain in the bathtub and (2). sauna in health club was out of order and gym facility was too small (3). I got a charge of paid movie immediately when I turned tv on using remote control. Except for (2), the problems were solved immediately and I believe hotel staff was highly trainned to deal with the customers. Internet and Wi-Fi connection within the hotel was good and good quality at Cafe One was also quite reasonable.

I have stayed there many time and always enjoy the experience.the george is a great asset and location is good being next to victoria park. I find it rather expensive now which is possibly due to the exchange rate and the number of mainland chinese noe visiting hong kong Not a lot except the younger staff botn on check in and in the executive lounge show little characture compared to their older counterparts

All the staff were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. I don't like the fact that if booking by credit card the hotel actually take the price of the booking even before you arrive. This is not good practise especially when you receive an e-mail from Booking.Com to say they have received an e-mail from the hotel stating insufficient funds in the account. Then to find out after numerous calls to you and my bank that it was the fault of the hotel who had entered the wrong expiry date on the card.

The Park Lane was referred to me through a friend in Hong Kong among other hotel choices, because I needed a comfort and MRT-accessible hotel for a conference in nearby Pacific Place buildings. The location is very convenient for me to go to any place in Hong Kong island. I speak English and Mandarin. The only thing that I would like to complain is that one time I spoke Mandarin and tried to ask a location that I needed to go to, conciage persons paid no attention to me. Next time, I spoke English, and I obtained services and answer quickly. That is the reason why I rated service low. Only one person should be blamed to lukewarm services for Chinese visitors than to English-speaking visitors. kc
