The location is excellent. Easy to access to various shopping malls near by. There's 24 hours super market next to the hotel which is really convenient for us because we have children. Concierge was very helpful about the information for the city tour.Very polite staff and best of all was the late check out.

It is very convenient to go shopping, eat out and also quite accessible to take the MTR. They were also very accomodating with our request for a late check-out because our flight back was at 8:00pm still. We were allowed to check out at 4:00pm without additional charges.

The location was excellent

The location is Excellent, right in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

The hotel is old with dated rooms. The hotel was one of the dirtiest we stayed in our our holiday through China, HK and Macau. Hotel staff are unaccommodating and rude. The location is perfect, but I would not recommend this hotel nor stay again.

The location is fantastic. Great food and shopping within a small radius. Proximity to Causeway Bay mtr very convenient.

Pity not enough twin rooms on the same floor. Would have been even better if there were interconnecting rooms, since I came with friends and brought my 2 elder daughters along.

Everthing is ok except I want you to change your towel a new one

Cleanliness and convinience

I found the mattress too hard, other than that it was a pleasant experience.

It has a convenient location. Its so near so many good malls. The rooms are also nice and reasonably big.

The price of the rooms has crept up quite a bit.

It is conveniently located to the Causeway Bay mtr, shops and a supermarket that opens 24 hours a day. So if one gets up hungry, he just walks to the supermarket 2 mins away to satisfy his hunger.

It is accessible and convenient. We also bought some food items that needs freezing, and room service accommodated our items to be chilled in their freezer. Staff were able to help us navigate around the city as well as give accurate travel time and directions.

We were in need of a box to stuff some things that we bought, unfortunately the hotel does not have any box available. So we went to the nearby supermarket to ask for a box.

Exceeded our expectations! From the free room upgrade, to the consistently speedy room service and housekeeping requests. Even the fuss-free late check-out, free internet and view of Victoria Park and Tin Hau area. Spacious room, comfy beds and pillows. Fresh linen. Quiet, non-smoking floor, bright hallways -- far cry from the tour-group laden lobby. Unobtrusive security personnel, but they're visible which is reassuring. More than enough lifts, even at prime time. Very short waiting time. And what a location! Dining alternatives & shopping across (Windsor), Ikea in the basement, easy transport via Tram (Paterson St) or MTR, Airport Express Bus (@ Door Step!). Two groceries nearby, and Victoria Park as a Green respite from all the concrete and granite.

Aircon control needs some fiddling to set (old dial thermostat): had to switch it off from time to time when it got too cold. Towels are always fresh, but may need replacement soon as they're starting to look dog-eared. Wish I could find a more consistent way of getting same great rates from them all the time.
