area was a bit noisy and congested. we had a party of 3, chambermaid always leave us 2 bath towel, ca had to call for the third bath towel.

The room is big, overall is comfy.

1)The room is entired to only two free wifi logins. 2)I just feel that one of the male front desk staff is impatient when I called to ask abt the wifi. But other staffs are helpful and efficient! 3)There is no vanity kit in the room.. 4) The location is near the train station but a little bit far from the mtr station.

The location is really good as the hotel is situated in Kowloon. The area is safe and there are plenty of eateries within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance. It is easy to reach by taxi from the airport and takes about 40 minutes in rush hour traffic.

I didn't like the receptionist and her co-workers. They seem to have an attitude problem. I would advise staff training in customer relation skills. This might help but maybe it's their personal attitude that is the real problem. I work in Singapore and the customer service is excellent by comparison. Also, if you have someone to open the door maybe that's what they should do. As you can guess a non smoking room doesn't really mean that in China. The room smelled of smoke and the foyer smelled of toilet urinal deorderizer blocks. The whole hotel is under construction and very noisy during the day.

Great position with very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast included in the room rate.

The swimming pool and sauna was not open even though the website indicates that it is, this was a big disappointment we were allowed you to go to the Shangri La hotel nearby to swim but their pool was little more than a very large bath.

My biggest complaint is that bookings.com did not inform us that there we renovations taking place at the hotel. If we had been told we would have stayed at another hotel as we were unable to use some of the hotels facilities. This was unprofessional from bookings.com

Renovation noise - had to go to Reception to answer a phone call as I could not hear the telephone in the room (1412). After complaining about the noise we were given the use of a room on Level 7 - many thanks to the Duty Manager (Ivan)!

Club lounge access was a real highlight. Food & drinks provided during the afternoon and evening sessions were great. The location was good too, as the mtr was close by (5min.), allowing us to reach all destinations in no time. Room was not spacious but still nice, comfortable and clean.

Buffet is rather high in cost. Concierge advises were unsatisfactory, as it seems he was not really interested in helping us. He just hands over a map telling us were we are and that's it, after that he returns back to his documents. Overall Hong Kong is an expensive place, especially dining.

Pool and saunas are closed and under renovation. Stayed at 10'th floor and construction noises were horriffic at day time. 2 device limit at wifi use is poor at 5 star hotel when payed extra for lounge room.

We were told the wi-fi was free but it wasn't entirely free - we had 2 devices for the few days we were there and were not told there would be a charge for this.

Hotel is under renovation. Power outage in the middle of the night woke us up with the emergency lights and generator - could be the worst night`s sleep I've ever had in a hotel.

The checking out process is slow , i was waiting for about 15 to 20 min after return the key. i used to travel , most of the hotel are quite fast , within 5 min , i can go off .
