如果可以免費上網.

我入住的時候問房間上網是否可以二個不同電腦上網.但收$150.00 check out 竟然出現300.00 , 我之後問就改收我. 150.00 但感覺不舒服

地点合适，设施完备，住宿舒心，意外的是我们还住上了海景房，不错

非常温馨，虽然说实话房间不大，但是一点也不局促，可以说是正好，卫生间虽然没有浴缸，好在空间宽敞。机场- 过来可以坐机场快线免费穿梭巴士到对面的九龙香格里拉下。出门很方便，走上1分钟就是地铁尖东站出口，到哪- 里都方便，再过去就是佐敦道，优越的地理位置不用说大家都知道啦。

感觉服务较好！设施也好的！就是水果没有港青好。

酒店很舒适，但是早点预定会性价比高很多。

室外泳池比较晒。

The services and comfort do not give a feeling that one gets the value for money one has to pay for staying in this hotel. Every facility is very ordinary...surely not the 5 star standard. The breakfast buffet is very simple with mostly Chinese cuisine, of course with a station for fresh eggs. The carpets in the lifts are very dirty and seem to have not been vacuumed for ages. Travellers looking for value for money should look for other hotels in Kowloon/ Hong Kong. Won't stay at this hotel again.

We spent part of our Honeymoon in The Royal Garden. The location is really great - the avenue of stars, parks, ferry terminals and shopping streets are really close. Staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The view from the room was outstanding. Facilities in the Room are nice. Unlimited, high speed and free of charge Wi Fi is important. The great conclusion of the day was visiting Sky club, with pool and jacuzzi. Everything was perfect. I did right choice.Want to stay in The Royal Garden again and reccomend it for people who celebrate life. Great Thanks to people who work in The Royal Garden and try to do all the best for visitors!

location & housekeeping

good hotel location is nice . rooms are not very big but better than other hotels in hongkong. the best is housekeeping.

Location and the roof terrace is very nice.

Unflexible hotel staff. Rude personnel. Not willing to help an extra bit.

Rooms are newly renovated, and services are very good.

All was fine, but the language barrier is a constraint that must be fixed. Hotel staff informed me the rate will allow 2 devices to connect to the internet for free. So far so good, but at checkout they charged me for one device. The message was 1 device for free but you can connect 2 devices. I cant say misleading, but improper explanation due to weak English. This must be managed well for future.

Staff very professional and polite. Excellent location for shopping and restaurants.

Rooms were very small. Photographs of room give the impression that beds/ room were larger than they actually were. Bathroom although well designed was again very small.....seemed very crowded if there was more than one person in it. View..... Very disappointing looking out onto a roof top.

We chose this hotel for its location to a Floral Event and having a heated Pool. Unfrortunately the weather was such that the pool did not feature! The room was a good size by hk standards facing West and was extremely quiet.We signed up to the 'Access to the Club Lounge' which meant that breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks and canapes were available on the Club Floor-highly recommended.

We were dismayed to discover that the wifi internet was not provided even in the public rooms. This is a bit out of touch as a service to tourists rather than corporate guests. As a result we had to keep going across the road in the rain to a coffee shop! I also prefer a walk in shower rather than a bath shower but the standard was fine.
