The staff were very helpful and showed initiative. The views of the sea from the bar area were very good. The choice of menu at breakfast was very well planned.You were not rushed at any time. The connection with the airport was excellent. A minor gripe was the time it took to get a lift on occasion. |

Friendly staff,near to the city. Ithink the accuracy of the payment is an issue since there is a delay in the cancellation confirmation thus as a result the hotel system never picks it up until checking out though we had advise them that there is a cancellation but they have said that there is none thats why we extended our stay based on the first quotation .Lastly there is a miss understanding of the number of nights since arrival is specified earlier and clearer meaning that we arrived at 00.15am on the 25th but upon arrival we found out that we have to pay for the 24th which is an extra night that we have to pay as a result its very expensive and the room is not worth it. Anyway above all we would like to thank you for your service rendered. |

The location was just perfect, as it was near all the shops wether it be high end or low end. very accesible! The concierge' were not to great in speaking in english, very thick accent, considering Hong Kong being a tourist spot. but over all i give it a 9 over 10 :) |

The best aspect of the hotel was the location. I was on a business trip and needed to travel to Central everyday. Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, from which Central was only two stops away, was about 5 minutes walk from the hotel through pleasant Kowloon Park. Star Ferry was another convenient mode of transportation to Central which was also less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is on Canton Road where all the brand shops are located and, therefore, an ideal place to stay for shoppers. |

I was only there one night so didn't spend much time in the room, but I found it to be perfect for my travel needs I wouldn't say I didn't like it, but I was not informed that I would need to pay a deposit on the room upon arrival. It was not a major problem, but this really should be advised when the booking was made, which is was not. |

Good location for shopping but poor in facilities,I paid about the same price as other hotels nearby but got poorer. 1). Compliment water: It is the only hotel that give me one bottle , others give 2 or 3. 2). Cleanliness shoud be improved. |
