Hotel staff is very accommodating. Location of the hotel worked well for me. This hotel has a "hotel" side and a "towers" side. I was unfortunate enough to have stayed on the hotel side. If all of the rooms on this side look like mine did, they need to be completely renovated. My room was so worn out. The carpet was visibly dirty and stained. The bathroom was moldy. Everything in the room was old and beyond well used. The bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor and I had to slightly rearrange the beds to even get my luggage in the room. I was thankful for two things. The disposable slippers they offered and that my stay was for a mere 12 hours.

Easy access to waterfront mall, ferry terminal and ocean terminal, Very good pillows and linens on hard beds. We did receive an upgrade to the top floor due to unavailability of lesser units (we arrived around midnight). When we arrived (Airport express train was very fast, then taxi (no free shuttle as indicated on the internet)) we did not have Hong Kong money. The concierge prepaid the taxi and we reimbursed him after check-in and money exchange - very helpful! Layout is very confusing, as was access to next door mall (Harbour Center) which provides massive shopping and restaurants, albeit very busy. View could have been much better and the towers are not really towers, being much lower than the building across the driveway. Attached shopping mall (an "outlet mall") was very small with few shops and very few restaurants. We were on the 22nd floor but the elevators only go up to 21with one additional flight of stairs to contend with. The beds are typical by Chinese standards but very hard by us standards (like a box spring). Slippers and personal accessories like combs provided are basic, but much lower quality than top hotels on the mainland (us does not even provide many of these).

Location I did not like the fact that I had to Pay $300 usd and breakfast was not included. This is rediculous and petty by the hotel. This will change my mind about staying there again. This is supposed to be a classy hotel.

Convenience: because it is located in tst, within short walking distance to subway, ferries and buses. We stayed there in 2009, but in a bigger and better room with ocean view at a lower price. This time, we chose a "Premier" room, thinking that we may get a similar quality room. However, we got a worse room. It was tiny room, noisy and a bed with a very hard mattress. The room was noisier than others because the hinge was broken, therefore allowing more road noise to be heard. Reporting to the reception received no response!

Good location, close to Ocean Terminal shopping area. Free wifi was good but a bit slow. Good view from the room. Accommodation in Hong Kong is very expensive so we knew the room would be pretty small. But it wasn't well designed - it was an odd shape so we lost valuable space that was pretty much unsuable. There weren't enough power points in the room and I had to use my hair straightener in the very narrow "corridor" of the room where the lighting was poor. The bed was insanely hard and we woke up in pain every night. We stayed in the Standard Double Room for 4 nights and we were very happy to leave at the end of it.

the free wireless and the Satay Restaurant outrageous and frankly, very silly charges for using the business centre. wireless access is free and excellent from the rooms but if you need to use the business centre to print a document, like a boarding pass, they want to charge $40 for using their computer and $10 per page of print. I refused these crazy charges and walked down the road to the Marco Polo where they did all for free - and I wasnt even a guest. That's where I will stay next time.

Yes, they tried twice to charge not the fare I booked with Booking.com but another more expensive one, and they even showed me the print out with the booking.com fare!...the room description was saying cit city or park view, they tried to give me a room with no view at all. Go somewhere else, this hotel is just a mess.

The location is so convenience. The staffs were very helpful and polite. We originally booked 2 rooms for my family of 5 including 3 young children. When we checked in, they upgraded us to a luxury family suite w/out additional charge. The suite was so big and clean, which even allowed us to greet our visitors in the living room. We were very happy with our stay. I would highly recommend Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers.

The location is very good. It is connected to the China Ferry Terminal. The rooms are too small, in the website they have written that the rooms are big but it is too small, the bed just fit the room. small beds as well.

Location. Small rooms. Old and filthy furniture, curtins and carpet. For a four stars hotel you'll expect better quality.

Staff are very friendly and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable, however a little small, beds could have been a little bigger. I booked a twin room for my friend and me but only one bath robe in the room. I called for an extra one and extra pillows which came very quickly. Location excellent. Close to all amenities. We enjoyed our short stay at the Royal Pacific. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others We asked one of the concierge tell the taxi driver to take us to Mong Kok bus company and showed him the ticket. The taxi driver took us to Mong Kok but not to the bus company. We did not know where we were. Not sure if the concierge was not clear to the taxi driver or the taxi driver just did not know, but we did expect to be taken to the correct place and not just dropped of anywhere!

Location is perfect, almost in front of the river, if you are lucky enough you could have a room with views to it. The room was small, but we were already expecting that, given that the average room in Hong Kong's hotels is rather small. 5 minutes walk to the nearest mtr subway station, 2 stops from Kowloon and 10 minutes walk to the river, Staff was ok, not very helpful because reception was a bit crowded when we check- in and were in a hurry. They offer a shuttle bus service to the airport at 130HKD/pp, however there is a bus stop (bus number a21) in Nathan Road, at around 7 minutes walk from the hotel and costs 40HKD/pp, it will take around 40 minutes to get to the airport. Breakfast was not included in our rate
