Easy access to waterfront mall, ferry terminal and ocean terminal, Very good pillows and linens on hard beds. We did receive an upgrade to the top floor due to unavailability of lesser units (we arrived around midnight). When we arrived (Airport express train was very fast, then taxi (no free shuttle as indicated on the internet)) we did not have Hong Kong money. The concierge prepaid the taxi and we reimbursed him after check-in and money exchange - very helpful! Layout is very confusing, as was access to next door mall (Harbour Center) which provides massive shopping and restaurants, albeit very busy. View could have been much better and the towers are not really towers, being much lower than the building across the driveway. Attached shopping mall (an "outlet mall") was very small with few shops and very few restaurants. We were on the 22nd floor but the elevators only go up to 21with one additional flight of stairs to contend with. The beds are typical by Chinese standards but very hard by us standards (like a box spring). Slippers and personal accessories like combs provided are basic, but much lower quality than top hotels on the mainland (us does not even provide many of these).

All the front line staffs are friendly and helpful. We like the rooms at the Tower Wing, they are big, clean and very comfortable , free Wifi too . The location of the hotel is the plus point , just above the China Ferry Terminal making it very easy for travelling to and fro Macau and other chinese ports. Shops and eateries are within walking distance from hotel. Thumbs up for this Hotel

Good location. Small rooms but clean and well-equipped. Main bar was not open for any of the three nights we spent at the hotel due to private functions.

The staff are very friendly and responsive, any requests or problems, they had them resolved right away. Excellent location, close to MTR, food, and shopping. The standard room is quite small, but good enough for 2 poeple.

1.The view out of window is nice, because hotel locates beside the Kowloon Park which is large and green. 2.Location is good for shopping. It is beside Harbour City shopping centre. 1.The aisle out of the room smell bad. The air is not fresh for two days I stayed. 2.The facility of bathroom is quite old. ex.Shower becomes rusty. This part does not meet the standard of 4 star hotel. 3.Only 4 lifts for 22 floor hotel. It is definitely not enough. Many guests waited for lifts for long time. 4.Air-conditioner has a problem that it can not cool the temparature below 26 degree Celsius.

The location - because you can find everything you need in hong kong just in Tsim Sha Tsui. I was on a tight schedule and had to wake up early every day, so I didn't mind the noise from the construction upstairs that started at 9am every morning. If you wanted to have a relaxing trip, this will not be your top choice... And in terms of value, $935 per night (10% room charge included) is not justified with the state of the room... You can tell that when the hotel was new it was quite nice. But now the doors are quite worn, mini fridge was turned off with warm air inside, built- in hairdryer in washroom had turned yellow... But at least internet was complimentary and there were several outlets for plugs around the room!

“The hotel location is very ideal for shopping. Access to the harbor and nearby Harbor City shopping Mall is easy. Museums and Kawloon Park are near by. The rooms are big enough and clean. It is worth for the money we pay. The Buffet lunch in the hotel restaurant is cheaper and tastier.” Chidambaram, Tutcorin |
