Good services, well-trained and helpful staff, reasonable rates and the very convenient location. The wear and tear condition of the bathroom that needs a complete overhaul instead of patchy repair. It appeared that good effort was made to clean the facility but mold is visible and the dampness did not help. |

you should have a option if we book 3 rooms together and for modifying very bad option as 1 room cancelled by us, all rooms got cancel , as we were with kids major prob that night.......since 15 words |

The beds were comfortable, the room was light and airy. The close proximity to shops and restaurants was excellent. The breakfast and service were commendable. The room was rather small and seemed in need of some tender loving care! |

the location was good with proximity to city areas, walking distance to shopping, eating, and the habour, overall a good price for hotel in Kowloon area The room was a litte small, and old dated, low ceilings, and the elevators were very slow, and made many un necessasry stops... |

The location was excellent with easy access to everything and the rooms were comfortable. The view from the Pier Side Bar was amazing and a nice place to sit, relax and have a drink at the end of a long day. |

The location of the hotel is the best. It is connected to the kowloon macau ferry terminal, and its very convinient to goto any station terminal or ferry terminal. The biggest mall is next to the hotel. The room size is very very small. |

Good position. Lovely view. Room good size. Staff very helpful in sending package home. Restaurants expensive. Cafes downstairs reasonable. Nothing in-between to eat at. Reception area not well laid out and hard to get from there to Canton Road until used to it. |

ＢａｔｈＳａｌt is served daily among other amenities, that's cool! （I stayed at Tower, Grandluxe). Also harbour views, although not full window but partial angel only, were nice facing the central HK and the peak. |

Excellent location for shopping. Within 1 minutes walk from branded goods stores. Internet should be made free and easy. It'd be great if we can have free wireless internet in the room as nowadays most people are not only using laptop to surf internet, but also with Ipod and Blackberry. It is going to be a plus for a young couple or family who's staying in the room. |
