The Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers    

Online booking claimed superior room when actually it was a standard room. Had to wrangle the front desk person to upgrade the room slightly to higher finishes but tub was still cracked and appeared dirty. Image presented upon booking has a view and of course that room, if I were to upgrade was three times more expensive. Of corse since I didn't know any of the until check in and there was a cancellation cost I felt stuck with this choice. Will think twice before booking again given this experience.

Good location if you would like to: - take Ferry to Mocao - Shopping area - Walking distance to Star Avenue and Habour

Rooms are not so good, not so new. But for this price it is good.

Location - direct access to ferry terminal which brings you to Macau. Shopping mall connected to the hotel and at the next building.

Solo traveller but they gave me a twin bed. Housekeeping staff talked very loud at the corridor at 7am in the morning, disturbing my sleep.

The location is excellent and the view at room is amazing. Frre Wifi is a god complement.

Great Location in Kowloon (next to great shopping stores and malls/outlet). There is also a bus station on g floor that comes very handy if you want to go to China border control and i´m sure they have other destinations as it was a pretty big place. Breakfast was very good but very expensive ! !

Very small room. Even though the room service and restaurants were supposed to be open and serving up to 01:00am I was not able to order nor eat anything past 00:15am.

The location was good and reception was very efficient. When I needed medical advice, help was prompt, appropriate and caring.

Spacious room, good size bathroom, easy internet access. very comfortable. Excellent value for money.

Not allowing my business partner and I to help ourselves to the continental breakfast which was very frustrating. After much debate allowed like little children to get a bowl of small fruit and watched!! Small thing but spoilt the stay. excellent choice of food.

Location is great, in the heart of Taim ShaTsui shopping area. Hotel is at the China Ferry Terminal and next to Harbour City shopping. Bars and restaurants also close by. On the hotel lobby level there are numerous cafes and restaurants on the 'deck' outside the hotel. The Cafe on the Park coffee shop restaurant also has round the clock dining. The Park Deli serves proper English breakfast tea (Twinings). The Pierside Bar at the Lobby Level is a decent bar with good service, and you can sit outside with a view of the harbour. Most people in the hotel seemed to be there as tourists rather than for business, and my room reflected this, though I'm not sure whether larger rooms are available.

The hotel is split into 2 buildings, the Hotel 'wing' and Towers 'wing', which can be slightly confusing to start with. My Premier Plus room in the hotel wing was not large: most HK hotels I have used have had a desk in the room, but this didn't as there was no room - I was happy to work from my tablet on the bed, but others may not want to do this. If I use this hotel next time, I will make sure I choose a larger room. The description on booking.com did not really express the size clearly, though I should probably read it more carefully.

The breakfast was tasty but grossly overpriced & the staff were very polite.

Not close 4 any of the tourist attractions just convenient for all the expensive designer stores which we did not want. The hotel website was very misleading with regards to the room sizes. We were given a tiny room which is not on their website & had to pay extra money to upgrade to a bigger room (as did other guests) There was also no real chill out area. Not a good experience!

Lobby level bridge to Kowloon Park, easy access to ferry, near major streets & museums. Breakfast buffet great, though pricey. The Park Cafe on the same floor offers muesli, fruit, & coffee for much less.

The hotel carpet is stained though the room was clean. They were willing to upgrade me free to the 'tower' side but only to a room on a smoking floor. Luncheon buffet not equal to the quality of the breakfast buffet. The bed was as firm as a board, but I got to prefer it by the end of the stay.

Very clean, comfort. Good accomodation (near the Ferry) Comfort street Canton road (opposite to dirty Nathan) Very good breakfast - too big choice of dishes. All was excellence.

Expensive breakfast, can be noisy if you get room with view on Canton road.

The staff is outstanding. Great room, wonderful view, and an excellent location. Just a two minute walk to the MTR-Austin Station. The Duty Manager Simon Ku catered to our every need. He even scheduled our airport pickup. The Royal Pacific Hotel and Tower is an excellent value, and I would highly recommend it.

Stayed in the refurbished rooms. OK but disappointed a little by the size. Cleanliness of the room was not its best. Mattresses terribly uncomfortable Busy reception with efficient staff but maybe a little more warmth would be better

Good price

I booked this hotel thorough booking.com but they charged me the amount of money before I checked in and again when I got there. They are not that quick enough to find out what was wrong with them. I am still waiting for them to reply with good reason.
