The location of the hotel is good and easily access to all shopping and transportation facilities. The room size is very spacious comparing with most similar hotels in Hong Kong. The air-conditioning and bath room facilitities are considered to be out-dated and need refurnishment. |

It was very close to everything, the staff were very helpful (and spoke excellent english). The rooms were clean and very reasonably priced. The Pierside restaurant/bar was very expensive. |

Accepting the general difference in hotel-layout from any European standard, I found the hotel to be nice, clean and with friendly staff. The hotel has a nice sea-side bar with view over the Hong Kong Harbour. |
