Cancellation

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

All older children or adults are charged HKD 100.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.

There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Room information

We have the most variety of rooms. And they complied with government regulations on fire safety and building safety. As we see that almost guest rooms in Hong Kong are too small with tiny beds. We especially design spacious rooms with king size beds. We possess all the merits of other hostels, and at the same time, we guarantee an absolutely silent and new environment in every room we have. Rooms are designed according to the level of a 3-star hotel. Both the room and the size of the bed in our hostel is the largest among all hostels in Hong Kong.

Check-in at our hostel group's Main Reception Office:
Block A, 3rd Floor, Chung King Mansion, 36-44 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Please print out your booking confirmation sheet and check-in with your name. We will have your name and confirmation number on a list of paper. When we have verified your name and number, you need to pay the entire cost of your stay. Then you will easy to check-in and get in your room.

You are advised to retain your booking information upon arrival in Hong Kong and present it only to staff members at the above address. Please be aware of fraudulent staff members on the street and be careful not to supply them with any money or booking details.

Please call the hotel immediately to confirm your arrival at Hong Kong International Airport, before you collect your luggage, and you will be directed to the easiest route to the hotel.

Near city

1. We request the King size bed, but they just give me queen size only. 2. Don't have any body and hair shampoo. 3. The blanket too thin. 4. The worker rude. 5. Toilet light spoil when i check in. 6. When i reach to hotel want to check in still need to wait.

The location was excellent ，really great price with new sheets and towels supplied every day. Friendly staff. would recommend to any budget traveller looking for cheap place to stay in Hong Kong.

free wifi internet; nice location;

very rude staff, incl manager, poor or no english,
no hot water !, It takes at least one hour for a water to heat up.
I was in a hurry every day, so I took a cold shower every morning.
I almost got a flu from it ! Terrible !
I only stayed there because all other hotels with a good price were booked.

Nothing at all. The manager was helpfull thats about it.The location was fair, But the wrong end of town,

The room was very poor, smelly, small, definately not suitable for children. The sheets were dirty and not changed,The towls were not changed daily My friends room stuck of urine, it was a terrible experience. I did not enjoy my stay in Hong Kong at all,
