Location is near shopping area and restaurants.

When we arrived, only 1 room is ready when I booked for 2 triple room. Then the man in the reception asked us if we would like to upgrade since the 2 triple room adjacent to each other is a"special" room and costs more than my original reservation. When I said no because we are on a budget, he said I have to wait for the other room to be ready since they are still cleaning it. And that other roomis on 10th floor while the first room is on 13th. I asked again if we could be on the same floor, he said only the "special" room is on the same floor. So the 6 of us, including 2 children waited in one room for 2 hours. After seeing that the room on the 10th floor is a bit newer than the one on 13th floor we asked we there is even double room beside it and we agreed to downgrade the other room just to be on the same floor. A day before check out, I asked the same guy if we could check out at a later time since we checked in late and downgraded one room. At first, he did not agree but finally agreed to extend the check out for 1 hour. On the day of check out, upon return from our souvenir shopping, both our rooms are locked. When we went to the reception, they said they only agreed on 1 room for 1 hour extension which was totally nonsense since we have 2 rooms. In summary, there is no point in making advance booking here since even upon arrival, roons are subject to availability. Staff are not considerate and helpful at all and will even try to ask for more money for a special room which I dont understand why cant they give us since the rooms he is offering us are 2 triple rooms which we originally booked for. I regret staying in this hotel. The facilities also are not good and very small and dirty rooms. We went to hk to relax and have fun but this hotel stressed us on the day of arrival and before leaving hongkong. Very disappointing!

One of the employee treated us badly. He said that were only Filipinos. He was so rude to us. I happened to understand a little bit of Chinese and he's telling a bunch of people that they are trouble.

This hostel and many hostel in HKG locate at mansion. Office is in 13 fl. but room is in 3 fl. There are many strangers in a mansion. There is no window room. If you want window room they have to charge 20 usd. No service for chang tower. They change you if you leave lugage 20-70 hkd piece.

Location and friendly staff. New renovated room with clean environment.

Poor hygiene of bedsheet and towel.on the first day, we saw there were hair on the bedsheet and pillow cover.we wonder if they did change it . After we request for change of the bedsheet, we still see hair sticking on it..=(

Very small room and smelly.

The location is Great! The Staff are Helpful If your only in hk for a few days this is the place to stay, the only time I was in the room was to sleep, the hostel is great for that.

10% booking charge, not stated until you get to the desk or 2days before you arrive. Shower times are a little annoying especially if your going out before 7.30pm as you have to have a cold shower.

Friendly staff, perfect location. Clean, comfortable. Free WiFi.

Real price is higher than you can see on the booking.com (in my case ~10 usd more). Really small rooms. Noise.

Wifi & staff very bad. Basically they ignore all problem you inform.

I like the location.

I did not like the 10% service charge upon checking in, if you are going to pay credit card they will charge you additional 3% in other establishment they don't. They even charge HKD 20 per bag in just 3 hours if your going to leave it in the storage room upon checking out.

No wifi connection as advertised. Wifi was purely cosmetic. Important disclaimer for travellers dependent on internet access.

The bathroom, it is the smallest bathroom ever I have seen

The whole thing of this building and hotel is very doubtful. Its very tough to know which owner got which hotel and also the problem of lossing luggages.
