Not worth it!!! Our family with 6 adult and 4 small children just finish our hk trip last week 27th April 2013. After comparing with Lanson and other apt which we used to, we booked 3 Executive Studio of size 35 sqm for 3 nights. Each around hk$ 4700 for 3 nights. The reasons were the rooms are larger than others and the price were seems reasonable. We found the rooms are smaller than what they said (even they said they have upgraded our rooms???) . . For the start, none of our 3 taxi drivers fr airport ever heard the name. We were dropped at 3 different location around the area and Taxi can not stop in front of the building Yee Wo St. Unfortunately, Booking.Com did not mentioned how to get there by taxi and even the shops 100 m fr the entrance do not know this apartment exist??? Poor promotion? I have to circle the blocks from Sogo corner with baby, small child and luggage for 25 mins in the hot humid air, until the street vendor right below the building shows us the hidden entrance. There is no porter available and carry your own stuffs! The alley btw the room is only 1 m, so narrow passage with stuffy hot air. Upon check in to the room, we got complain fr the front office about our small children noise. Only later I realized that the room's walls and the doors are not noise insulated, so conversation inside the room can be heard clearly outside. So, I do not suggest for you particularly couple who like making a weird noise to stay there, moral hazard for the children:) The shower with alternate cool and hot water, sure you will feel it hot and cool and hot and cool. No house keeping available. If you need anything, only the front desk lady will serve you if she is not busy. Bring you own extra towels and amenities for your kids. Only one security standby at nights. Going back to the airport, another dilemma. No paid shuttle bus hotel to airport you will find, like at any other good hotels or apt around.

Very clean, great location. Elevators seemed to have a programming failure. Sometimes did not stop at desired level or it took very long to go down to ground level.

Location is superb and value for money. The space around the hotel and especially the lifts is too small. Not so convenient for travelers with children. The double bed seems to be smaller than other hotel.

The location is perfect, so the price is acceptable. The staff are friendly, they can speak Madrain and English fluerently. The room is small but consider it is a hotel in Hongkong, it is very good. The bed is very comfortable and big enough.

It is right @ the heart of Causeway Bay. Very conveniently located. Facitilies include a small built in kitchenette & washing machine. For 1st time stayer, very difficult to find the door/entrance to the property. Difficult to get there by taxi/car as stopping is prohibited around there (unlike hotels, which usually there is a stopping area).

Location is good and staff is polite, friendly & generally helpfull. Quality bed linen. Useful kitchen tools. Basically all rooms in the hotel are divided in two categories: ones for long-term (30 days+) rental & the other ones for short stay. The ones for short stay have very poor design decisions and generally are not suitable for more than 1 guest. Beds are located right next to room's entrance door and noise from the hotel staff is very much noticeable during cleaning hours. You can be stuck with room which is facing the other building and in this case it'll be even better to have room without windows at all. All electric sockets provided in the room are HK-standard. There's no heating option for room's ac, so during cold nights you should pickup the small heating fan from reception. Overally, it's overpriced. Even considering the location - usually there are are better options available.

Close to shopping area. Centralized location. Not realizing that I made a non refundable booking, I was stuck with this hotel for 11 days. The room is small even for a solo traveller, i.e. you get in the door and can only sit at the edge of the bed. I experienced the following:hanging wet dripping clothes in the shower area as the washing machine has no drying capability, DVD player not working, the window shade controller not working, gotten wet several times when accidentally brushed against the shower controller that's located right next to the toilet. It wasn't pleasant going out with wet clothes! The hotel does not offer baggage storage if you plan to take a side trip. Inflexibility to request to modify/add on booking. Obscure entrance area.

Clean, Members of Staff are friendly. Cannot have the taxi or public transport send guests to the front entrance. Have to walk with heavy luggages for a distance of about 10 minutes to reach the service apartment.

Room has kitchen. A lot of kitchen equipment. All the necessary things like plates, cups, etc. Location is excellent. Room seems to be very suitable for someone travelling alone staying for more than 4-5 nights. Room is too small in comparasing with other hotels: 5 steps forward from the door, one step left, one step right near the bed. The bed is too small: not usual Queen-size, smaller. Not suitable for 2. Suitable but not convenient. No sockets avaliable in the kitchen area. To boil water you've got use one near the bed. Only 1 socket near the bed. If you got more than 1 device (and if each of you have at least 1), you have to charge it 1 by 1. Wash-basin in the bathroom is too small though there is a place to make it at least wider. Bed sheets made of strange material: it doesn't "breathe" and it's too hot and not comfortable under the blanket. As the result, it seems to me the hotel doesn't worth its' money and the kitchen doesn't compensate it. It's much more appartments where you have to create your comfort by yourself rather than the hotel. And as the last detail: though while booking I've mentioned that we arrive by 9:45am flight and asked for early check-in if avaliable (as we were tired after 11-hour flight), they refused and gave the room not even 5 minutes earlier, at 14.00. According to the rules. Actually, it's first time when I meet such strange attitude from the hotel staff. May be they had their reasons. Though the hotel is quite big and if there are a lot of rooms.
