Very central location, walking distance to Convention Center, well equipped and big rooms. Supportive staff Breakfast is only served at an open air terrace. So if it´s raining you either get wet or you miss breakfast. Small breakfast buffet, hardly any variety, no gym at the hotel

For Hong Kong standards a very large room. The staff is very very nice and do their best to facilitate all request. They gave me my room at 10 am and let me check-out late also. Breakfast is basic like most design hotels as there is no restaurant on premises. But with so much fabulous food literally out the doorstep it is a complete non-issue. My room had a incredible view which was beautiful to see in the morning when I pressed the roll up blinds from my bed to have the surrounding city revealed. It also included a washing/dryer machine which was super handy. It is a block and half away from the Wan Chai mtr station a4 gate, so getting anywhere around Hong Kong is super easy. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Hong Kong, or if you are going to the convention center it is a three minute walk along the pedestrian overpass directly to the center.

The staff are nice & friendly and it is just a short walk to the metro station and walk to the Exhibition Centre I do not like Frosted Glass doors on the toilet & shower, this does not give you any privacy if you have the light on. Breakfast was very basic & boring after a few days.

Great place. Nice spacious room, 2 sinks in room (separated from toilet + shower) in settings almost like a kitchenette. Beautiful interior and design - also in Reception area on 3rd floor. Free wifi works perfectly in all areas. Good location in the heart of Wan Chai a bit off the posh touristlike areas in Central and Admiralty Breakfast is rather plain and simple and is served on an outdoor terrace next to the Reception on 3rd floor. On rainy days breakfast is moved inside into the reception area with hardly no places to sit... This does not work well. Concierge staff on Ground floor not friendly or welcoming. A smile and a "hello" would be nice...

Very modern boutique feel, awesome room with nice details and materials. Loved the auto shades, good views (from 18th floor) and very comfortable bed and pillows. Amazing rain shower. Gentleman at ground level at desk very snippy, rude, and not helpful. The price ($288/night) was a bit more than I think it should be (closer to $220). But the location is great so I understand.

Friendly courteous staff. Superb general environment. Excellent room cleaned to a high standard. Excellent location. I don't normally complete these questionares but in your case you deserve the effort. What a shame you don't have some kind of permanent overall awning/conservatory- type cover or structure for your patio area at the back so that it can be used in the rain. You wouldn't be losing anything because the view from there isn't exactly marvellous at the moment and it would create a very nice semi-al fresco environment if properly designed usable at all times. If the temperature dropped a bit it wouldn't bother us from the uk and similar areas because we're generally happy with that, and in any case you have already have space heaters which would be perfectly adequate with good ventilation.

The room was quiet, spacious enough, and everything that we needed worked well: free wi-fi, refrigerator, water boiler, hair-dryer, shower room. Nice mountain view from the 23rd floor. The not too soft mattresses suited our taste. Wash basins in the room rather than in the bathroom felt funny at first but actually enabled one of us to do make- up or shave when the other one was taking a shower. Housekeeping well taken care of. Good coffee at breakfast. Central location. Breakfast generally not very good, esp. The quality of the bakery products was rather low and there was too little fruit available. During two nights out of seven there was a smell of cigarette smoke floating into our non-smoking room. The area around the hotel felt confusing at first but got used to it.

The place is well located in Hong Kong, the room are very well furnished and confortable, breakfast is fine. Considering is hk rooms are pretty wide.. On arrival they gave a room at 5th floor, the wiew was horrible dued to a building in refurbishment just in face the window. Also the room was smelly (previous guest were smokers beside I asked a not smoker room). I called reception and in few minutes the gave me a room at 26th floor..great room (bigger) great view (the rufurbishing building was shorter)! The breakfast place worth a comment, cause it is in a terrace at 3rd floor in the middle of not-so-beautiful skyscrapers hidden face... Since terrace is at open air, my question is ..what about if rains? Maybe thay have a place in case? Luckily during my stay wheather was affordable...

Location, access to loads of eateries around the hotel, public transport easily accessible. Noisy at night. The designer did not really put in the right thoughts when designing the shades. If you have the shades down, you cannot watch TV, and having it up, the building opposite can easily see everything that is going on in the room at night. What a bummer.

I have just spent a week at the V Wanchai2. while my husband was on business, I was left to do my own thing, I found this hotel perfect for me to step outside and explore, the tram was just around the corner, the metro just across the road, all I needed to do was step outside the door to experience HK. The staff were wonderful always a smile, the room was large and clean. Would I go back? Most certainly. The coffee in the morning was always cold.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the wifi connection was good, fast and reliable, the view from the 18th floor was great and the room was comfortable, quite, clean and convenient. Breakfast was a little simple: toast and croissant with jam/butter, but the coffee was very good. No eggs, meat or cheese.

Location. Location. Location. Near Wanchai mtr station. Walking distance to Causeway Bay and Victoria Park. Brand new rooms and clean bathrooms. Happy Hour 1700-200hrs, with red wine, soda and light snacks Extremely limited breakfast spread, and staff at breakfast was not efficient.
