The hotels staff and location was very good.Staff were very quick to respond to any of our needs.The lifts were a good size and best of all there was always a lift on ground floor waiting. Its to bad the hotel didn't have a safe box in the room. |

We liked that it's a good, clean, affordable option in a very central location. It has everything one needs in a mid-range hotel without any of the frills that add unnecessary costs. We would have loved free wireless internet (most hotels provide this) and a news channel other than Fox News and CCTV - CNN International or BBC would be nice. But it's OK - for the affordable price we didn't mind. |

I have stayed at The Wesley, many many times both on business and personal reasons. I feel at home here, I am familiar with the surrounding and the staff are very nice. |

the location is terrific and easy access via a11 e11 bus from airport this is not really what you call a hotel there is no room service no mini bar and no access to food other than chinese. |

Hotel room is clean and comfort. Location is excellent, not far from MTR. No complimentary mineral bottled water replenish each day |

Location is easy to get around and price Seems like a hit or miss with the rooms I've stayed there 3 times and the 1st and 3rd I would rate the rooms as fair the 2nd was very good. |

the entire experience was a nice one, nice beds, clean bathroom, good water pressure, interiors were comforting and were quite big, AC was a bit noisy but can be ignored, overall very good. No porters got to take your luggage yourself, breakfast or atleast room service shouldve been mentioned but didnt find any sign of it except for the restaurant, the main doors they are way too tight to open, a water faucet at the toiletseat shouldve been provided, Most important the staff should smile a little especially the guys whew! |

I stayed there many times before during my business trips with my former company, each time I get upgrade to a delux room. I am happy that they still recognise me. Cant say the same for some 5 star hotel I know Complimentary mineral bottled water replenish each day |

Clean room, good water pressure and temperature. Good location. Good service. We did book for 2 nights, so we could checkout at evening, but The Wesley did only charge for one day. |

Updated room, clean with good water pressure. Hotel staff was helpfull and friendly Cost of the meal at the Restaurant the charged 10RMB for a small plate of penuts and another 10RMB for tea wich I didn't ask for and didn't use. |

The room is quite small. There is rust in the tap water. Extra bottle of water is not provided when asked for. Paying $4 for a local call is too expensive. |

cleaning and quietly the light in the room is too dark, there is not enough water to drink, and it places the card "free water to drink" but i haven't got any drink, just only the first and the last days |

Due to our flight schedule, we arrived in the hotel to check-in at 0700 hrs. We were allowed early check-in without any additional charges which was excellent as it did not add on to the stress of moving around the city until check-in time of 1400 hrs. It was an excellent customer service extended to us by the Front Desk Officer which you normally do not see if you are in a 5 star hotel. Some of the frontliners did not communicate English which is sometimes frustrating. |
