Nothing at all, only a place to sleep! Poor service, poor facilities, and it's really unworth of value. The real problem is what you have graded this hotel at high star but in fact it is just good at location, but others are very poor. To prevent this, you should consider to regrade the hotel in order to avoid misunderstanding or your client's expectation. |

Staff was very accommodating and willing to provide extra necessities timely such as iron and ironing board and adapters for electronics. Hotel was also in a great location, walking distance to major shopping/eating locations and easy access to MTR. Rooms are a bit small and the beds were not very comfortable. |

Rooms are quiet, location is good, great value for money. Bed is a bit firm and pillow too flat. |

The staff were courteous and helpful, providing all the information we requested both before and during our stay. They also arranged airport shuttle and taxi services for us without fuss, although our arrival and departure times were at very anti-social hours. The cooked breakfast (at additional cost) was satisfactory, but not very warm. |

Location was nice close to Admiralty and Wan Chai MTR, many shops and restaurant nearby. Room rate is relatively inexpensive. Room is clean and sizeable for HK. Room was close to lift area, very noisy, especially chinese tourists speaking very loudly to each other.Staff prohibited us eating a few snacks while waiting in lobby. No restroom in lobby. Room is spartan at best. |

Efficient staff, quick and quality replies All hotels in Hong Kong have no heaters. This is horrible at 9 degrees at night so be prepared. If you need to send email through outlook, this hotel's internet access will not allow you to do so. |

I liked its convenient location and the reasonable room rate. We had an executive room, which was larger than expected. The decor is becoming a little dated. No room safe. |

Convenient location, helpful staff. Very good value. Half'-length closet and tiny bathroom. I have been in small bathrooms all over the world, but the layout of the bathroom was such that the door almost touched the toilet so that you had to either leave it open or wedge next to the toilet to close it to get to the bath or to sit down. I changed rooms and both baths were the same. |

The wesley hong kong hotel is a value for money hotel. If they could offer shuttle services to shopping or fair grounds it will be better and would be more comfortable if their beds will be better. |

Staff speaks English and elevators were fast Beds were horrible, like a piece of plywood, aircond was very noisy. Only view was on a house wall. Rooms poorly designed and bathroom looked cheap. And finally, no western breakfast, only noodles and fish balls! |

Pretty convenient location to 2 mtr stations - 5min walk to each of Admiralty (thru Pacific Place - great pl to shop!) and Wan Chai. Cheap tram service 2 min walk only to get thru HK island. Cute lobby, room was clean on checkin, elevators big and usually we didn't have to wait long. Daily cleaning of room was a rushed affair - toiletries not moved so we assume the sink area wasnt cleaned thoroughly. The soap bars were not changed though we stayed for 4 nights! Toilet was pretty tiny tho ok by Asian/HK standards. |

Good location, clean room On arrival (21/09/09) was greeted in reception by a group of 20 mainland tourists all having a very loud argument. It then took staff 30 minutes to find out if I even had a reservation made. All the time waiting in the middle of this group arguing. Not a pleasant experience to encounter after a long day traveling |

The hotel is relatively new due to their renovations 3 years ago. The room is simple with no luxury, the bed is firm & is very comfortable compared to most hotels. Our deluxe room seems a bit small but it is quite standard for HK hotels but most importantly it is clean. Will definitely use this hotel for return trips. complimentary water was given only on the first day though we stayed for 4 days. |
