The Wesley Hong Kong  

Very Little to like about the Wesley. The description is misleading and the staff are not able to help. The "renovated" rooms are badly scuffed with dirt and marks simply not wiped off walls. This is a poorly run hotel where the staff really cannot provide solutions to customer difficulties.

The room size is not as indicated, the internet did not work, and the staff simply lie to get rid of you. This is not a 4 star hotel even in Hong Kong where rooms tend to be small. Stay somewhere else.

Room,bed is small.about five minutes walk to the Wan Chai station,so when I walked a long day ,I still feel it's a long way to walk from the subway station.room is cold,and they don't have a heater

Location is ideal. Close to business centre with sheltered walkways. Pubs and food are nearby.

Bed is quite hard. Toilet is very small. Internet is slow and constantly disconnects. Hotel staffs keep knocking on wrong door for other room calls for room service.

Good Location... Free internet.

Needs a clean... Hard beds...

It is very outdated to use key lock system for each room. Very unsecured.

The Wesley Hong Kong had no winter heating facilities in all their rooms. We were suffering at night although we had extra blankets. If I had known the hotel had no heating in winter, I would never have chosen to stay there. Booking.Com should be more careful in recommending such hotels in future.

We love the location. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent choice, good value.

Free Internet in your room with broadband, free wifi in the lobby, good location

I personally didn't like the bed, was too hard and I ended with backhacke. And also the room was too cold all the time, couldn't control the temperature

Location is the main (actually the only) reason to stay at The Wesley

Rooms are in very poor condition with chipped, scratched, poor quality furnishings, stained carpets, uncomfortable beds, tiny bathrooms. So- called Deluxe room which I booked was a joke.
