Olimme hotellissa 4 päivää. Sinä aikana roskakoreja ei käyty tyhjentämässä ollenkaan. Ilmeisesti huonetta ei muutenkaan siivottu kokoaikana. WC-paperi loppui ja jouduin pyytämään sitä itse siistijältä. Meillä oli ilmastointi päällä huoneessa koko ajan. Ilmeisesti ilmastoinnissa ei ollut ollenkaan laudevesisäiliötä vaan vesi valui ovenpielestä kokolattiamatolla ja loppujen lopuksi ilmastointilaiteen nurkasta kokolattiamatolle. Valitimme asiasta ja saimme tilalle samasta kerroksesta uuden huoneen. Siellä oli parempi ilmastointilaite ja kylpyhuone muutekin. Muuten huoneissa ei ollut ymmärtääkseni eroa.

I had an executive room on this visit and the room is slightly larger and worth the extra cost if staying a few days.

Perfect location and privacy was good. The message service was of a required and prompt standard.

At breakfast the chef's seemed to be interested in doing other things than actually preparing the egss etc. Several occassions I had ta ask the waiting staff if they could organise the eggs for me.

I have stayed at The Wharney Hotel for years. It is a clean hotel and has a great staff. The hotel is in the heart of Wanchai with many bars and restaurants. It is not a luxury hotel but very clean and a good value.

Booking in and out was very quick and efficient, the concierge staff were very knowledgable and helpful, it is very centrally-located making it easy to get a taxi from the hotel as well as getting a taxi back.

The Japanese restaurant was disppointing, and getting breakfast without a 'coupon' was quite difficult.

Location was close to centre of town / facilities - MTR

Staff attitude - Wrong room available (not double). Then had to move after 1 day, then room not cleaned so moved again. Staff did not seem to be bothered at all. Just blamed Booking.com

We did not like the plastic curtains at the bath tube. Glass will be more hygienic.

It is close to the exhibition centre (10 min walking) and can reach all the city by the mtr (the station is only 1 min walking from the hotel).

The room facing the main street is too noise. The breakfast is not for a 4 stars hotel and there are only 3 lifts to supply many customers (specially in Exhibition time)

Efficient Staff. Great location.

Paid for internet connection HK$20/Hour. Room 1801, right next to elevator, meant I could hear the bell, even though it did not stop on my floor. Shower curtain as opposed to folding screen over bath shower! Would have preferred just a shower.
