check in time states 2.00 P.M. but I was asked to wait until 2.45 P.M. very poor and the lady at the check in desk was very rude and impolite

the beds the tv is old and no english channels except news and NGO the bathroom had black mould everywhere even if you say " DO NOT DISTURB" for the cleaning they put a note under your door and call you when they can clean, wake you up... annoying.

The hotel has a wide range of services (restaurants, business center, gym, swimming pool) at a very reasonable price. The location is also very convenient, as the MTR station is nearby

Neat hotel , a bit on the expensive side for what you get , but then again HK is not a cheap city.

There was some construction work going on , but they did inform me at check in about it. Might have been better had they informed me when I made the booking, but all in all it wasn't too bad.

Opposite loud bars and nightlife, including girl bars. Not suitable for families to walk around the local area on an evening. Although this is not a problem as the room was quiet and away from the street.

The Hotel is 100% lovely to stay in. It is spotless !! the hall and the room are very tidy and smell fresh and nice. The staff are having a good English and happy to help with any request. The location is in the heart of night Bars and great Restaurants for all kinds of food. It is also close to the mtr (subway) which can take you in no time to all the shops and markets you wish to go to visit. Just to let you know that there is also a nice swimming pool good fitness room pool table and much more. You must ask the staff about all other facility's that available in the Hotel as they will not mention them to you unless you ask !! There is also a free Shuttle bus every 20 minuet to the Train central station for checking in before your flight if you leaving Hong Kong later on that last day, So you can spend more time in the City and arrive an hour before your flight. I must say thanks to ''Booking.com'' for having the opportunity to book my room in that hotel for that low cost price as I would not pay the money they are looking for in the Hotel Reception, which is sometime more then Double the amount of money I pay ! If you think to stay in that Hotel, then please make sure that there is no Show going on that time in Hong Kong. If you are going to visit one of the show, then I can say '' Take it with your own two Hands ''. Good value for money !

I book 2 room for staying few days for me and my other business friend. When we arrive my friend got the last standard room available and I got the twin room, ( mean 2 Bed ) which is not convenient for 2 Adult to sleep on anyone of the beds in the room. I am also a man with a height of 6f 6'' and that doesn't help at all. It caused me a great Aggravation, so I suggest everyone who wishing to stay in his own room, to mention it on the booking form !! Otherwise the hotel may use the room for someone else that ask for it.

Breakfast buffet offered variety. Walking distance to Wanchai station, Lockheart side. Water is replenished every day. Room is made up every day.

No toilet on the ground floor. You have to use the one on the first floor restaurant. The bathroom is small.

Don't pay extra for the club/executive room as what they offer is well below what you normally expect. The executive floor badly needs upgrading and the room had a stale musty smell. The "club" itselfs consist of 2 small rooms (on different floors) that offer tea/coffee some fruit and a couple of other nibblies. Their are no cold drinks available (apart from water) or cocktail hour - which is standard at most hotel club rooms. The breakfast was adequate but very basic. I would probably stay here again because of the location but just get a normal room next time.

Unable to open curtains as ropes at windows because of work being carried out. Bed was extremely hard and although they changed mattress was only marginally better

The best thing about this hotel is the location.

Overpriced, note friendly staff, housekeeping is not 24 hours, very noisy, crowded.
