Wifi Boutique Hotel  

Central location close to shops. Offered upgraded room with microwave, kitchen sink and lots of storage. Had thin inner curtain on windows that was not see through but blocked just enough light to sleep, not enough to stop us waking in the morning.

I was in an upper floor with a nice view. The room was clean and confortable (I didn't say big). The bathroom is with window wall (good for couple).

The reception condition is really not apealing but staffs are nice. Not super easy to found the entrance get of the hotel.

Location was walking distance to everything. Staff was friendly also room was very clean. Iphone alarm charger, and mini fridge was awesome.

Room was tidy, but for the price I was worth it. Good place to shower and get some rest.

Its triple room is good enough for 3 adults. Would only recommend this hotel if you can book it with a special rate.

The staff and the reception was dreary. The staff couldnt be bothered to answer your questions.

Room definetly to small. If You travel in two people, will forget about opening all baggage in the same time.

The room size was good and there was room to move around. The staff was professional and nice. It was clean. The location was very close to Time Square.

It was clean but not spotless. I missed it when I first attempted to locate it. The view is not good from the room window. Not a lot of service offered by hotel.

Very rude staff at reception, slow to make up room, poor english, bathroom and shower have glass sides so no privacy! Very small room, terrace area filthy. Poor location relative to Wan Chai. Overpriced for what it delivers, if half the price I would not complain..

The room was nice, clean and sufficiently spacious. The hotel is located very close to the metro station and not far from the city center. I've been in the hotel with my girlfriend for two nights and we really appreciated our stay. I think it is a good solution both for business and city trip. Positive quality/price relation.

The hotel staff could have been more polite for my standards. It is not very easy to see the hotel from the street.

Good location with lots of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. Staff were very helpful in locating items that were mistakenly bundled with dirty linen.

Free wifi with strong signal, located near Causeway Bay mtr station and tram stops, lots of empty taxi passing by to bring us to Hong Kong airport train station, a second wash basin, overhead shower and hand held spray.

Very small 3 bed room for three adults, providing only cloth hangers, with no cabinets or drawers for under wears, clothes and other personal items. No space to open or close baggage, have to do this on bed sheets. The electronic door lock for room 303 may not be working after closing. We have to re-checked every time we close the door after going out.

I must admit I enjoyed very much the open terrace on the 4th flour with vending machines with drinks, TV and street view. Little thing but adds a lot in Hong Kong. The room was very 'spacy' for Hong Kong standards (it was European usual size), very quiet (13 floor), clean and comfortable. Overall very good impression.

Very friendly personnel, especcially the guy who provided us with electrical adapters and helped to open the safe.

The floor in the room could be cleaner.
