Todos los servicios son de buena calidad, manejo de los espacios muy apropiada. Limpieza excelente, acogedor. muy diferente a los hoteles del centro de Hong Kong. Cerca de la estación del metro y de centros comerciales con buenos restaurantes.

Retirado del aeropuerto internacional. Si vas con mucho equipaje es mejor tomar taxi pero es costoso o con mínimo dos horas de antelación a la hora de llegada al aeropuerto si va en metro

The staff is welcome and good location ,it's quite near the MTR station.The hotel is in the youth center so it is safe.The room is bigger than normal room in hk and it is also very clean.

It's very good for families with one older child because they have triple-beds rooms. The room is big and beds are very comfortable. It's just a few minutes away from the metro station and a lot of restaurants nearby. Free wify in the room is cool.

I spent several minutes to find the light switch of the bathroom. It is not on the outer wall of the bathroom or the entrance, but at the end of the room! Strange design and not convenient.

the reception staff is ok but the worker that means cleaner and guards are not polite and friendly waiting to go up the room and down is a hustle and time consuming because its a community building people going up and down and stop every floor they should destined 1 or 2 lift for guest

Easy to find if you go through the MTR the first time, near to convenience stores (7-11 downstairs, just across the road) and to a shopping mall. Near to the MTR station of Chai Wan (2 min walk).

A little far from everything as it was at the end of the blue lline of the MTR (no big deal). Weird distribution of the rooms as we had to go through fire exits to get to the elevators (again, no big deal).

Bathroom design: 1) Shower curtain too short 2) No spare power outlet in the room. (only 2 power outlets but occupied by household equipment) 3) toilet paper holder too close to show room (in our room 1404) 4) No luggage stand

1) We stayed twice in Y-Loft in April, and we stayed in a standard twin room and a twin room with balcony. The rooms are large and quite spacious for a hostel. If you don't expect this to be a hotel, then you will be happy, because the rooms are very big compared to other HK standard hotel. 2) Staff are helpful and friendly. 3) We understand this is hostel, therefore we don't mind they don't provide toiletries. We prepared everything before we went there. 4) It is very close to MTR, easy to go sightseeing in HK island, but it is far away from Kowloon and New Territories. Also, it took 90 mins at least to/from airport by the airport-direct-bus "A12". 5) Many shopping malls, food courts, supermarket, cafe, restaurant etc are near by the hostel, very easy to reach.

1) Very very confusing to find the entrance at first. Luckily, one cleaner-lady told us the lift in the fire door can go up to reception. (we understand Cantonese) Reception is on the 12th floor. It is too complicated to get the rooms from the lobby. It should be need more signs for direction. During our 9 days stay there, we often used the fire-door on the ground level for going in and out. We found the main entrance on the last day, the main entrance is very quiet and nobody would know as it is round a corner. 2) When we check-in, we need to pay first, and no receipt was given, even we requested. (we pay cash) 3) Smell stale odour when we went in the room first. It is OK we used the air-refresher and opened the balcony-door. 4) In-room internet was not very reliable but free, on and off most of the time. 5) Noise from the corridor at 9AM everyday, when they start cleaning. The cleaning staff didn't just chat, they shouted at each other. 6) Toilet should have ventilation. 7) Shower curtain was not wide and not long enough to keep water from splashing over the floor around the bathroom-door and into the room. 8) No space to hanger for towel and clothes in bathroom.

Clean in all areas with exception of some mold in shower grout. Walls in public areas needed painting.

The bright colors! Not very relaxing but definitely geared toward the younger crowd. The hard bed but this is Hong Kong and was expected.

It was safe, clean, comfortable, quiet, had Wifi access, easy access to town via the metro which was really well priced anyway. What more could you ask?! The café was awesome, had breakfast in there everyday!

Maybe a few ugly wooden boards on display in your room that could do with being covered up but theyre finishing touches that hardly bother you.

End of the line, takes 25 min to get to central station. This is a fancier backpacker, so no toothbrushes or tea provided. Had to unplug desk light to plug in kettle or charge phones. Shower is built into bathroom and curtain was not wide enough to keep water from splashing over the floor. Hoped that our balcony room would look into the distance, but view was of other people's balconies.

Large rooms (by Hong Kong standards), staff were warm and helpful, conveniently located near an MTR station.

In-room internet was patchy at times.

1) Very close to the mtr, and satisfied the spacious room. 2) easy to do shopping and to do sightseeing in HK island such as Taikoo Shing, North Point, Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, Central, Sheung Wan, etc.

1) This is a stardard room without balcony, We could smell stale odour when we went in the room first. It may be the damp April weather in HongKong, It was ok when we used the air-refresher during we stay 4 days in Y-Loft. 2) When we check-in, we need to pay first. and no receipt was given.

Wifi is good, location is exellent - mtr is near, just 2 min walk.

Rooms were not so clean as we wanted.

Y Loft is very close to Chai Wan mtr Station (Exit a), exactly accros the street via a footbridge. So it was very easy for us to come and go, to and from y Loft. The room was great for a hostel, just like any other hotel rooms, it was spacious with hotel standard facilities. They don't provide toiletries but it was totally ok since this is a hostel and we brought our own. The staff was very nice and helpfull as well.

Internet access in the room is not really good, it comes & go.

We liked the location. Out of the city but only 25 minutes on the excellent mtr. The room was quite spacious and having a balcony made it seem even bigger. Plenty of facilities nearby
