Good facilities with convenience in transport.
The location and price are the best things about this place. I will definitely stay here again.
Other guests smoke. People would smoke in the hallway and there was a noticeable smoke smell from the room next to ours. The staff have us an air cleaner but it would have been nice to get them to leave.
The receptionist is very helpful to solve our emergent extra one ppl problem at midnight, and charges us free for additional quilt and pillow. The room is clean and comfortable enough for relaxation and nice sleep.
The location is a bit far from the downtown, which means we have to jump on the MTR earlier than most tourists do. Although it takes less than 25 min to get to downtown, and I consider it still convenient nonetheless.
This is my second time I stayed at Y-loft. To be honest, I didn't like my first experience so much. Because my room has no window and the bed had this squeezing sound whenever I turned. However, this time I had an amazing room with a big window, city view. I had good time staying there. It is comfortable and easy access to everything. Great value.
It was quite a travel time from Airport by Airport express and MTR. (I had overnight business trip.)
Value for money Unpretentious premise with fabulous bed! The surrounding - a mix of housing types. We had great fun walking in the streets amongst Hong Kong residents.
Free WiFi and near by to MTR station. Many food stalls around the area.
No extra blanket when requested
Not enough drinking water facility
Staff at reception is polite and efficient. Wifi in room is fast.
Actual location was good, access to MTR excellent through Jade Arcade. 20 minutes to Central but very quick, frequent service. We were on 9th floor, very quiet.
Nothing, really. Not a full hotel service but just what you pay for. A good room with comfortable bed in an accessible location.
Access to the building is complicate
Reception staff is very nice and helpful. Location is convenient with a just a few minutes access to MTR.
Bathroom layout not friendly to "traditional" travelers with toilet, shower and washing area separated. Toilet enclosure too small and lighting a bit dark. Better if they have other rooms with "traditional" bathroom for guest to choose.
Easy to travel by MTR and take a short time to reach them. The room is not narrow ,it is suitable for stay.
Second Day,the room is not clean-up like first day. We will a bit upset for cleaning
Size of the room was quite reasonable. Beds are wide and comfortable. They were clean and have fast wifi network
No slippers, shampoo, hair brush, tea bags and tooth cleaning kit is provided.
Most of things are about the average and good. Restaurants at 4 floor are good too.
No power outlet for phone, and computer
-location: safe and quite close to MTR station -wifi: very good wifi in room and lobby -room size: quite big when conpare to other hotels in Hongkong -around: there's a small shopping mall and a few restaurants including moni marts nearby
The bad thing is it's at the end on the Island MTR station which takes about 30 mins to Central. Wuite hard to find variety of food to eat.
The subway is located very close so I could travel to various part of the city very fast, and it surrounding area has. A lot of restaurants and shopping. This is my second time staying at Y-Loft. I am very satisfy with the service.
This time I have WiFi problems in my room, although they fixed it, it didn't work as smoothly as it should.
Very clean, big room, safe. Very near to metro station and shopping area.
Some guests are very noise.
The room is good and clean, location is very convenience, staff is very polite, over all is very good.
The Wi-Fi is not working, some time the next door guest make a lot of noise.
Everything above my eXpectation, the room has plenty of space to accommodate my 4 large piece of luggage. The besahwet are white and clean.
if your not fussed by a 20-30min metro ride into hk this is a great place. right next to metro with plenty of places to eat surrounding. we had a twin private room with balcony and it was clean with good space.
there were only 2 plug sockets to use. 1 by a bed and the other we hunted from behind the desk. elevators are crazy, as in theyl go up and down withouth reaching your floor sometimes. so leave plenty of time.
Difficult to find the lift to reception and the reception at 12/F . After check in need walking to take another lift access to the room . I check in at 12:45 and the reception staff don't give room to me and she said due to policy for the check in time should be 14:00 . That fine , but on the next day I leave my room for breakfast at around 10:00 . When I back toy room at around 11:45 , there have a house keeping lady inside my room cleaning already . I not yet check out and pick up my item , it is unbelievable.
The location and facilities are just excellent. And the room is cozy. It is just like my home....and I strongly recommand it as "Must Stay Place".
It's a budget hotel, easy to reach by underground. If you don't have the option to spend abnormal prices for hk hotels (as it is at moment) this is a fantastic place.
The bed is far to hard for us as European.
Room is very spacious and clean. It had its own router for serving Internet, so that you don't feel that the Internet is slow. MTR is within walking distance.
The nearest MTR is Chai Wan station. To travel to central, it will take about 30 min and to Mong Kok, it will take about 40min.
