The hotel itself is right in the city centre. in addition to the main entrance, there is an additional one at he back, from which you can get a taxi in just a few seconds. The service standards are high

I can't really think of any negative points. The only drawback for those who are looking for affordable options is the price.

Location very good - very close to the underground station and some market areas. Breakfast very good and well worth the extra charge.

Slight issue with the first room we were given - loud unidentifiable noises! We were offered another (smaller) room which was fine. Charged our credit card in sterling, not dollars without asking - we should have checked but didn't notice until after the payment. This seems to be fairly common so is worth checking before you pay.

Location, Staff, Room. I was staying with my wife and 2 sons for 3 nights and our room was upgraded to Premier. Also When we were about to check out the conceirge reminded us about the complimentary shuttle to Kowloon Station (Airport Express Line)

Near to MTR

Same old faces I am seeing. I guessed company treating the staff well. Otherwise, there will be many new faces...Happy staff will make happy customers..

We were allocated the Executive room in the extension block. It was rather quiet as most of the guests could be in the main block. The room was small but comfortable and the bathroom was huge. There was no bathtub but the modern designer rain showerhead made up for it

the staff are most helpful and accommodating; rooms and c.r. are clean; and its near a mtr station and shopping area. we've requested through e-mail for connecting rooms, but they don't have such accommodation for the type of rooms we've booked, but when we get there, they upgraded us so that we can have connecting rooms.

Very close to subway, good location

The price was lower than normal rates, but it was due to reconstruction works, which were terribly anoying. Small bathroom. Poor shower. Old and very used carpets

The room is quite spacious

There was a musty smell in the bathroom, and the shower tap was only working on high.

It's near to Yau Mah Teh MTR station (is just a few walks away). Great location where a lot of market situated (Ladies market is just a few block away).

Several of the lobby staff (bag carrier) is a bit unpolite when asking for location.

Good location in Kowloon and very close to mtr and bus stop. Good room with big windows. Take care if you take bus a21 from the airport. The hotel was renamed from ymca International House to CityView. But the electronic display in the airport bus is not yet updated. You have to exit at "Yau Ma Tei" mtr station but that was not mentioned on the display as well.

The beds were very hard. We were given a room with two single beds because the rooms with double beds were fully booked. So mention if you want a double bed in the remarks field when booking. Luckily they moved the two single beds together for us which was good enough.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They upgraded our superior room to the executive room so that our 4 rooms can be on the same floor. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The hotel location is fantastic- Just a very short walk to Yau Ma Tei MTR station and many shopping markets (Temple Street, Ladies market and Jade Market) and shops along Nathan Road.
