The Cityview

We stayed in the hotel for 8 nightsand I've been absolutely satisfied with everything. The staff kindness, the comfort and cleanliness of the room and the public area. Our room was the last in the corridor and it was so spacious and quite. They changed every day our bed linen and we received every day complementary water in our room.

Staff efficiency, indoor swimming pool, wireless and cable broadband availability, close proximity to different modes of transport and central location.

the hotel staffs is nice and friendly. Ambience is fantastic, and the breakfast category to me as internation level

The location was excellent. There was a 711, KFC, burger king, and mcdonalds just near the area so you know you wont go hungry. Also, the MTR is just a minute walk so even though you're far from other kowloon or hong kong hot spots, its so easy to go around. And the street market where they sell sporting goods, electronics stuff and street market is just 2 blocks away. Inside the hotel, they made sure they kept our room clean everyday with a fresh stock of water and clean towels daily. I would definitely go back to this hotel....as long as the price stays right.

I wanted a room that just had one big bed but they said they ran out of those rooms so they gave me a room with 2 single beds. They said I should have contacted them and reserved this kind of room. But the thing is there wasnt an option of what kind of bed you would like when I reserved and it just said you can choose from these type when you get to the hotel. Just make sure you reserve the kind of room you like in advance. Well, we just ended up putting the 2 beds together so it wasnt that bad....

I did not like being charged for using my calling card. The hotel phone prompts you to dial 001 in order to dial an outside line. I need to call a 1 800 number, to use my calling card, I did what the phone instructed. When I checked out of my hotel room, the hotel staff informed me that I owed them for long distance use, but I told them I was calling a 1 800 number, and there should only be charges to my calling card. Nevertheless, they wouldn't budge, and didn't understand the misinterpretation of the language used on their phone instructing people on how to obtain outside lines to use calling cards overseas.

As a traveler from foreign country, my main transportation is MTR. I like the location which is near to MTR station.

When I did the booking, I learned that the hotel was 4 star. I thought that HKD 2160 was worthy for 3 nights. Anyway, it seems to be 3 star.

the rooms were compact but modern well equipped and kept very clean. all the staff were very helpful

i found it strange that the hotel would not accepy my debit card as the deposit. every other hotel i have been in this has not been a problem but here it was, with no explanation and we had to leave a cash deposit

The staffs were very friendly & they can speak Mandarin & English.

The staff upgrades our deluxe room to executive room, I expect executive room will be nice view & bigger room, but I were disappointed :( the room was small like normal standard room.

was given free upgrade to a better room.The room size was acceptable for hong kong city hotel standard.
