Отличное расположение рядом со станцией метро, магазинами и кафе. Район не очень загруженный. Номера комфортные и чистые. С уборкой проблем нет. Две короткие станции до центра на Коулуне и еще одна станция до Гонконга (Адмиралтейство). Комната класса премьер больше экзекьютива (который считается, в класс. гостинице, дороже) Торопливый персонал на ресепции. Иногда дают неточные ответы или не знают ответов. Стараются быстро ответить или переадресовать тебя. Не пытаются вникнуть в твой вопрос. |

расположение, персонал очень холодно зимой в теневых номерах. Кондиционер не греет воздух. Плохо работает WiFi интернет. |

The location was excellent. There was a 711, KFC, burger king, and mcdonalds just near the area so you know you wont go hungry. Also, the MTR is just a minute walk so even though you're far from other kowloon or hong kong hot spots, its so easy to go around. And the street market where they sell sporting goods, electronics stuff and street market is just 2 blocks away. Inside the hotel, they made sure they kept our room clean everyday with a fresh stock of water and clean towels daily. I would definitely go back to this hotel....as long as the price stays right. I wanted a room that just had one big bed but they said they ran out of those rooms so they gave me a room with 2 single beds. They said I should have contacted them and reserved this kind of room. But the thing is there wasnt an option of what kind of bed you would like when I reserved and it just said you can choose from these type when you get to the hotel. Just make sure you reserve the kind of room you like in advance. Well, we just ended up putting the 2 beds together so it wasnt that bad.... |

I did not like being charged for using my calling card. The hotel phone prompts you to dial 001 in order to dial an outside line. I need to call a 1 800 number, to use my calling card, I did what the phone instructed. When I checked out of my hotel room, the hotel staff informed me that I owed them for long distance use, but I told them I was calling a 1 800 number, and there should only be charges to my calling card. Nevertheless, they wouldn't budge, and didn't understand the misinterpretation of the language used on their phone instructing people on how to obtain outside lines to use calling cards overseas. |

As a traveler from foreign country, my main transportation is MTR. I like the location which is near to MTR station. When I did the booking, I learned that the hotel was 4 star. I thought that HKD 2160 was worthy for 3 nights. Anyway, it seems to be 3 star. |

clean and comfy room, no noise, hotel personel are helpful and resourceful. convinient as MTR is just few walks away. surrounded by economical food store as well as restaurant. very near to shopping street like lady street, templer street which make shopping easy. |

Perfect location near MTR and shopping areas. Bus number 7 stops right in front of the entrance. Spacious room, bed large enough for tall people. The hotel Internet was horribly slow and way overpriced. Shower water pressure not so great and water is a bit on the soft side making soap removal difficult. |

I liked the location and the friendly staff who were helpful and polite. There were bed mites on my bed and my legs got bitten really badly. Room 1589. Till now, it still itches and all the tiny bites are such a bother. |

the rooms were compact but modern well equipped and kept very clean. all the staff were very helpful i found it strange that the hotel would not accepy my debit card as the deposit. every other hotel i have been in this has not been a problem but here it was, with no explanation and we had to leave a cash deposit |

Location The walls are like paper, you hear everything in entire corridor. Impossible to sleep at night, very noisy. Housekeeping knocked the door at 7:45am to clean the room. Concierge is hopeless, they are just trying to sell you tours so that they can get their commission. I wanted to take the BIG BUS city tour, they did not help me because they dont have commission from them. Pay little more and stay somewhere else!! I would never go back to this hotel! |

The staffs were very friendly & they can speak Mandarin & English. The staff upgrades our deluxe room to executive room, I expect executive room will be nice view & bigger room, but I were disappointed :( the room was small like normal standard room. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and quiet despite the busy street outside. Breakfast was good. Generally a very positive experience. The only real negative about this stay was the limited amount of space for clothes. I was alone in a double room and did not have enough storage. There was nowhere to put my suitcase except on the floor or to stuff it in with my hanging clothes. A couple staying for a few days with a normal amount of clothes and luggage would probably be very unhappy. The safe was too small to hold my laptop. |
