The hotel itself is right in the city centre. in addition to the main entrance, there is an additional one at he back, from which you can get a taxi in just a few seconds. The service standards are high I can't really think of any negative points. The only drawback for those who are looking for affordable options is the price. |

Location, very close to mtr, Ladies Market, and Food, they were upgrading our room from standard to Delux .. Excellent!! The bed, not really comfortable but fine |

Location very good - very close to the underground station and some market areas. Breakfast very good and well worth the extra charge. Slight issue with the first room we were given - loud unidentifiable noises! We were offered another (smaller) room which was fine. Charged our credit card in sterling, not dollars without asking - we should have checked but didn't notice until after the payment. This seems to be fairly common so is worth checking before you pay. |

Very good location for shopping and near to MTR station. The staff are very helpful and attentive. The room is clean, comfortable & quite spacious as compared to other hotel in Hong Kong that we stayed in during our previous trip. The only setback was that the fridge in our room is not cold enough as it was centrally set at a minimum temperature & there was no way for us to adjust it to a higher temperature. |

Location, Staff, Room. I was staying with my wife and 2 sons for 3 nights and our room was upgraded to Premier. Also When we were about to check out the conceirge reminded us about the complimentary shuttle to Kowloon Station (Airport Express Line) |

We were allocated the Executive room in the extension block. It was rather quiet as most of the guests could be in the main block. The room was small but comfortable and the bathroom was huge. There was no bathtub but the modern designer rain showerhead made up for it |

the staff are most helpful and accommodating; rooms and c.r. are clean; and its near a mtr station and shopping area. we've requested through e-mail for connecting rooms, but they don't have such accommodation for the type of rooms we've booked, but when we get there, they upgraded us so that we can have connecting rooms. |

The water supply is amazing. Very near to mtr station and shopping malls and market. Not much channel on the tv. It would be great to have more cartoons to watch. |

It's near to Yau Mah Teh MTR station (is just a few walks away). Great location where a lot of market situated (Ladies market is just a few block away). Several of the lobby staff (bag carrier) is a bit unpolite when asking for location. |

It is so convenience as it is just a walking distance to the subway station and also the famous Lady's street. Restaurant and convenience store like 7 eleven is just infront of the hotel and it is really convenient. The best part is that I always have bad impression about hotel room size in Hong Kong, but in Premier Deluxe of City View, it is really impress me.. |

Good location in Kowloon and very close to mtr and bus stop. Good room with big windows. Take care if you take bus a21 from the airport. The hotel was renamed from ymca International House to CityView. But the electronic display in the airport bus is not yet updated. You have to exit at "Yau Ma Tei" mtr station but that was not mentioned on the display as well. The beds were very hard. We were given a room with two single beds because the rooms with double beds were fully booked. So mention if you want a double bed in the remarks field when booking. Luckily they moved the two single beds together for us which was good enough. |

very convenient location the gym and pool were closed as a precautionary measure to stop "swine flu" which I thought was well over the top and unnecessary as there is absolutely nowhere in the near vicinity to exercise. However everything else was more than satisfactory and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Hong Kong. The Cityview rocks! |
