unable to get A good sleep as very loud noise from A nearby night club.

Centrally located. Very clean. Staff are very friendly and exhibit excellent customer service skills. Breakfast included. WiFi included.

There are several nightclubs around the hotel and noise pollution is a problem. Unfortunately, this is not something the hotel can fix, but it does create a problem for someone trying to get a good night's rest.

Staff was excellent, comfort excellent, service excellent, pricing reasonable. Security excellect, clean and convenient. This is the best hotel in the area for a business visit , The Hotel furnishings were nice and the Hotel was nicely maintained. It is a first class hotel and I plan on staying there each time I visit San Pedro Sula.

Not that I did not like the dining facilities the free breakfast was adaquate and nice, nothing fancy as far as the food goes but ok. The dining room is first class and the service staff were excellent, very pleasant having breakfast there, almost a formal setting, clean/spotless, the view while eating was super. After several days the same food became boring. And if you are late arriving the food has become on the stale side.. I have visited many hotels over the years and have also been a chef and short order cook. If this hotel made the dining room a happy place and modernized the food and spent a little money on the grade of food served and went first class on the restrauant and used it to draw guest to the Hotel rather than a burden this hotel would be filled to capacity every day after a little advertising and the word spread around, The hotel does not capitalize on the potential the food service has within this hotel. They have allowed the food service to decline to a near non existing status especially in the afternoon and night, as beautiful as the formal main dining room is with it panoramic view the hotel is losing out by not going first class with the restrauant.

Muy buena ubicacion, confort, y atencion.

Hab-310, todo muy correcto en general. Muy buena atención de todos los empleados, incluso de los taxis que trabajan para el hotel. Cerca de centro comercial con mucha vida y cerca de la mayoria de los negocios.

Nada negativo que resaltar.

El servicio de internet en la habitacion fue malo y nunca pudieron resolver el problema en la red

Hôtel très bien situé , quartier calme , accueil irréprochable . Et très bon rapport qualité prix .

Me gusta mucho q es muy centrico y la atencion es muy buena.

Deberian de servir el desayuno un poco mas temprano para dar la opcion cuando uno tiene que salir mas temprano de lo habitual, y revisar que todo en la habitacion funcione bien, ya que me toco que la caja fuerte estaba mala y en 2 oportunidades tuvieron que llegar a revisarla y otro detalle el servivio sanitario estaba malo y botaba agua.
