there was a full kitchen with utensils and frying pans and pots to cook with, also great room for the price. Amazing views and absolutely relaxing resort.

the only thing i didnt like was that it was a bit far from the main beaches.

Very friendly staff and everything was kept clean and orderly. Very peaceful and relaxing but as much activity as you wanted.

Not a great breakfast - only one option

The units were very nice and well equipped. The grounds were very well maintained. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained. The location was amazing and unique. The on-site resturants had good food and reasonable prices. Our servers were friendly and timely.

No on-site location to purchase small items like chips, a candy bar, sunscreen, can of pop. The area for the gift store/market was non operating. On-site activities center wasn't open during it's advertised hours and wasn't even open on Sunday and Monday. The biting Sand flys, had to apply bug repellant often. The hotel should have made us a ware of ther issue and have repellant available.

Nice and Quiet! at least when we were there...a weekend at the end of January.

Far from everything and there's no option for transportation other than a very expensive taxi or car rental.

Very relaxing environment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They really made our stay comfortable.

Las instalaciones son preciosas, la playa muy bonita, la piscina linda, todo el lugar en si es precioso. La comida es buena y todo esta limpio y bien cuidado.

El servicio de los meseros, sobre todo en el desayuno. La ubicación es un poco lejos del area de diversión. Pero para quien no quiere salir del hotel es excelente.

sus comidas,sus habitaciones ,la playa,muy limpio la amabilidad de sus trabajadores y de su dueña muy atenta lo hace sentir a uno en casa,estoy encantado con el hotel y su servicio

la playa es atificial. Hay siempre viento y por ende en el mar hay siempre olas y es dificil ingresar a raiz de las rocas peligrosas. El restaurant tiene un menu insuficiente.

Playa, comida, tamaño de habitaciones, tranquilidad

Ni la Gerente ni las personas de recepcion son capaces de atender las solicitudes realizadas por los huespedes. Cuado llegamos al hotel solicitamos que nos consiguieran un paseo en catamaran y no supieron dar informacion y se contradecian entre ellas. Unas decian que estaban muy llenos y no habia cupo y la otra decia que no habia en la lista porque no habia el suficiciente No de personas para programar uno de estos paseos.Cuando se escalo la queja a la gerencia tampoco hizo nada. Nos toco conseguir el plan con un taxista de la zona y me pregunto como un taxista pede saber mas que las personas que trabajan en un hotel que maneja turistas todos los dias ? Todo lo que pediamos nos decian " Eso no se puede ".... Rescatamos a la gente del Bar y meseros en general que tenian una muy buena actitud... Pero de Recepcionistas y Gerentes si estan mal !!!!!!!
