The room have poor illumination, no clock in the night table
The staff was great. Courteous and professional. The complimentary breakfast was good also
The cleanliness and state of the room. The bed were like board and they made so much noise with any movement on the bed. There was also a strange odor due to the "river" or drainage area outside of the window.
value for money.
a male oldish recepcionist was very suspicious of everything. didn't make me feel comfortable.
The location is great, right in the center of Tegucigalpa. My internet connection was good. Breakfast was good with the exception of somehow they are not able to provide bread or provide it ontime to have it with your breakfast!
NO Casino. The casino has apparently been closed for nearly 2 years, eventhough, all of thier advertisings indicate having a casino! Bathrooms have mildew all around the tub area. Water flow and hot water is very poor. Rooms with windows facing the adjacent "river" have a very bad smell. Customer service is so so. Staff seems very nice, but lack proper training to respond to guest needs. Property looks very old and tired.
The room had all the facilities we would expect, fridge, kettle, safe, hair dryer etc
Nobody spoke English and we had just arrived in Honduras. In a 4 star hotel in a capital city we expect some level of English or some effort to help us. When we asked if they had a map the receptionist said " computer"
Location, price, and breakfast was good, helpful staff
pool was empty, elevator is narrow and small, hard to maneuver my bags from the elevator
The room was clean, tidy and quiet at night. The staff were very helpful when directing M&S towards the centre of the city. They have a cab driver always on hand, so getting around was never an issue.
Not too much at all. Maybe providing maps of the local area if we're being picky.
