The hotel facilities are excellent, rooms comfortable and location very good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel wasn't very busy at all, so the large lobby and bar area were always devoid of people and therefore atmosphere. Only 1 choice of white wine available by the glass and this was not to my taste. A pity to offer a limited wine selection in a country where good wines are available. Food on the buffet offered a good selection but often not hot enough in the evening. No body lotion provided in the room, just bath/shower liquid and shampoo. Large outdoor pool water pretty chilly, especially early morning. |

Private hotel beach + surroundings: really very very nice! This is not 5* hotel!!! Nice designed rooms, but very small and uncomfortable, small bathroom with toilet (ups), internet connection does not work in the rooms, breakfast does not reflect 5* level, nobody from staff smiles... Hotel is high overpriced ... for your stay try other 5* hotel just a few minutes driving more, prices are the same, level really better! |

The hotel has a private beach which is not usual in Croatia. Also the location of the hotel is perfect, the village is really quiet, but the distance from Dubrovnik is only 30km so you can go there every evening. We had a room with a sea view, really nice. The pics of the hotel facilities really reflect the reality- really very very good hotel, the best in Croatia I have ever stayed. |

A beautiful hotel setting! A plus with kids: numerous restaurants besides the hotel one within walking distance. Hotel has very large beach area, outdoor comfy seats/tables for drinks/food, super indoor/outdoor pools. Our room was spectacular - 2 bedrooms, large living area, 2 bathrooms, 2 private balconies. All staff members were very pleasant and helpful! We were there in June so there weren't lots of people there which we loved. No - it was fantastic! |

Hotel muy bien situado con paya privada, piscinas exterior e interior con jacuzzi. instalaciones comodas para el cliente. Buen bufet, con personal muy amable y servicial. En la factura aplicaron una comisión del 3% sobre el cambio en Kunas que no estaba advertida en las condiciones de contratación. Al menos en las publicads por Booking. El hecho no se corresponde con la categoria del Hotel. |

Die Lage des neuen Hotels ist wirklich sehr schön - fast malerisch. Der Zugang zum Meer ist prima, der Pool ebenfalls schön und großzügig. Insgesamt eine schöne Anlage direkt am kleinen Hafen von Slano. Gut funktionierendes und kostenloses Internet. Freundliche Rezeption, sehr schöne Terrasse zum Essen. Viele Kleinigkeiten sind bei dem neuen, etwas unterkühlt wirkendem Neubau noch nicht abgeschlossen. Die Feuerlöscher stehen noch im Flur herum, die Sportanlagen sind komplett nicht fertig, der Wellnessbereich wird nicht beworben und galt für uns die ersten Tage als geschlossen. Das Essen war gut, kann den Anspruch an ein 5 Sterne Hause nicht erreichen. Keine landestypischen Gerichte und zu viele, einfallslose Wiederholungen. Service am Pool bescheiden, das Liegenreservierunsgproblem (trotz nur ca. 50 Gäste) nicht in den Griff bekommen. Überall lagen Handtücher auf Liegen - niemand räumte auf oder war als verantwortlich für diesen Bereich zu erkennen. Personal zwischen sehr freundlich und mufflig. |

C'est un hôtel extremement luxueux pour le tout petit village où il est implanté. En revanche, la vue sur la baie de Slano est sublime, la plage privative remarquable et le site de Slano est lui même exceptionel. Ideal pour se détendre dans un cadre grandiose. Seul petit défaut, le dîner en formule buffet uniquement, mais très largement servi, jusqu'à 23h. C'est plus un hôtel de séjour détente au bord de la mer. Et naturellemnt, il n'est pas bon marché mais on n'a rien sans rien. |
