Uimaaltaalle maksoi ja ei ollut patjaa ja pyyhkeitä. Aika sokkeloinen hotelli, vaikea löytää autotalliin, altaalle..

we stayed 1st floor. After taking a bath, the dirty water from the sinkhole was flooded all over the floor of the bath room. When I called the reception, they told us to take a shower instead of taking a bath because it happend all the time on the first floor. We paid for a room with a bath. If they know the problem, they have to do something to solve the problem.

The breakfast was very diverse so you could have chosen from among a lot of stuff to eat in the morning. The indoor swimming indoor pool and the jacuzzi were always clean, and okay for indoor swimming or relaxation after a bath in the sea and in the incredible hot sun. All the rooms of the hotel have incredible nice view to the sea and to the town Rijeka (it is splendid to watch it during the evening). The fitness studio was nice.

The outdoor swimming pool was very dirty. We checked it in the first day we arrived, because it was one of the reasons for which we chose the hotel, but it was incredible dirty. Since the water in the outdoor swimming pool is not continuously filtered, I am guessing it is quite obvious to be dirty all the time, as it is always full of people, since the hotel does not have a private beach. Still for a 4 star hotel, a re-filtering water system for the outdoor swimming pool would be okay. We found a nice place to bath in Opatija, where we also found sand in the sea:). In the fitness studio it was too hot, as for some reason there was air conditioning, but it was stopped. Some of the machines there were quite old, but well kept for use.

the hotel is in good location and the staff people especialy the front office are vewry proffesional and their service was excellent

There was not amusement anf facilities in the hotel for example billiard or something else.

Vor dem Hotel und in der Stadt kann nur für 1 Std. Geparkt werden. Hohe Parkgebühren in der Hotelgarage

Grande chambre salon calme avec balcon donnant sur la marina.Au restaurant : un buffet proposant un très grand choix de plats froids et chauds à volonté...de même pour le petit déjeuner. Hôtel bien situé . Hôtel 4 étoiles de classe internationale.

Au restaurant, le serveur, qui ne parlait ni français, ni allemand , ni anglais, ni italien, ni espagnol a compris que nous désirions une bouteille de vin rouge local.N'a pas proposé de carte et nous a servi une bouteille à 150 Kn alors que le buffet coutait 100.Kn..Nous avons dû payer 250 Kn en espèces et n'avons pas obtenu de facture ! Nous n'avons pas pu le signaler au départ à la réception car il y avait une grande file d'attente.

Zentral in opatja und daher gut gelegen den Ort zu beasichtigen. Rasche Abwicklung beim Empfang.

Zimmer sind zwar mit Meerblick jedoch geht die Strandpromenade unterhalb vorbei, daher alles andere als ruhig. Das gleiche gilt für die Wände und die Trittschalldämung zwischen den Stockwerken.

Schöne, große Zimmer, Balkon zur Meerseite, herrliche Lage direkt am Meer, schöner Meerwasserpool

Schlechtes Frühstücksbuffet, die Liegen am Pool haben trotz Bezahlung keine Auflagen (nach 2 Stunden Rückenschmerzen), täglich wechselnde Gäste (Busse werden nur so durchgeschleust)

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war reichhaltend u. sehr gut. Eine tolle Zimmeraussicht auf das Meer.
