Se were happy to use the indoor pool on a rainy day. We decided to have dinner on the top of the hotel with a spectacular view .
The buffet was not to bad, but the food was not hot enough!
Very nice rooms. Very nice personal.
Easy to find, very clean, high quality contemporary fixtures and fittings. Plenty of parking and fantastic sea views.
It's a new hotel with swimming pools, great breakfast and free parking place.
It was a little bit far from the old town.
Clean, spacious and relaxing place to crash out after serious partying. Nice Pool and great buffet breakfast.
Breakfast very good quality, half board option was also good. Worth trying the menu as well though. Comfy bed, decent wifi.
Needs pictures on the wall. Bar to open later.
The warm hospitality, The chief restaurant man, The view
The staff were excellent - very genuine and helpful. The hotel is a bit away from the old town but the staff more than made up for it.they gave us fantastic recommendations for a restaurant outside the typical tourist trail. Very nice hotel
This is a lovely modern hotel with a stunning view over the port, especially from the pool. It is based a little out of town but the hotel offer a shuttle service on demand and you can get back easily from the old town using the number 3 bus. We would certainly recommend!!
Breakfast could be more rich with different variatey of food.
A brand new property on the heights of Dubrovnik with a nice view Excellent Wi-Fi and well-functioning facilities Quite spacious rooms with comfortable beds
The A/C didn't manage to get the temperature below 25 degrees in our first room. We requested a room change and then it was fine. Room price is outrageously expensive for a 3 star hotel... But then this is Dubrovnik where everything is as expensive as in London
I love the views from the hotel down on to the harbour. The Sunset from our room was amazing. The staff (lads) in the front desk and resturant were very friendly & helpful and quiet good looking which is always a plus! The whole place was clean and modern and inviting. The bar man on the night of the 8th Aug - was super helpful and friendly. Beds comfy, air con perfect all mod cons - excellent.
Wifi was poor. Not a massive selection of veg options on the menu for me ( Vegan ). Pool and pool aread was a bit small for my liking & not enough beds considering the number of rooms in the hotel. Distance to town - not exactly walking distance ( uphill on the way back ) but none the less, the shuttle service was brilliant.
Good pool and sunbathing area; nice sea view; free wifi
Breakfast was terrible; view can be spoiled by the two residential tower blocks; a bit far from the town (you need to be fit to climb the stairs!)
The view is out of this world Good choice of food
The front desk guy was very helpful and had a nice attitude
Fantastic view, on bus route to old town gate, fairly new and the staff were friendly and helpful
The hotel is located out of the center of the old city so quieter and easier to reach. With shuttle from the hotel, you go quickly and easily to the old town. The rooms are spacious and modern. The breakfast is really good and the view from the hotel is beautiful.
No terrass at the restaurant but private balcony in the room is great.
Great views as set high on hill. Modern hotel. Stayed in new part of hotel so rooms were very modern. Clean. Bar area lovely. Shuttle bus to old town same price as public bus. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Walk from bus stop to hotel a bit dangerous as along side of motor way and no foot path
Really friendly staff who were really helpful finding us alternative car hire when our original car company had let us down. We had problems with our air-con which they were very apologetic about and moved is into a bigger room. The breakfast was really tasty- lots of choice. Very nice spa and pool area. Really modern hotel.
The hotel is situated on the top of a hill- not an easy walk up or down the 500 steps! There is a shuttle bus to get into town but not back up. We also struggled to get any wi-fi connection around the hotel.
the hotel is easy to find if you travel on your own. It has a splendid view over the bay.
breakfast is served in a not very appetizing manner, the breakfast room cold and unpersonal. The coffee was made of powder.
Location on the road to Split / Ferry piers are at walking distance (down the 531 stairs) / Price is ok for Dubrovnik / Parking places available / Beautiful view from room and bar
Breakfast and Dinner are terrible, never go to their restaurant unless you have serious budget constraints / 531 stairs to go back up to the hotel by foot !!!
Fantastic views over Gruz Harbour, Very clean hotel and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Access to main street was via 503 steps down to the harbour area.
Staff friendly and very helpful. Really excellent service. Breakfast was reasonably good. Very nice views from the bar terrace.
The hotel was very difficult to access on foot and we had to rely on an infrequent bus service or taxi. There was a shuttle service offered by the hotel at a reasonable price but this was from the hotel to the destination. There was no pick up service.
Very spacious family room. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Lovely views. 20 mins to get to the city via the bus, easy to find the bus stop. Good selection in the buffet for breakfast and dinner. Prices for drinks, spa treatments etc very reasonable.
Lack of personality/character in the hotel, needs more pictures, plants etc. Bit of a design fault in the spa area where you go from the pool to the reception area. The reception area gets very wet and although there is a hazard sign, it's still a little dangerous.
