Good seaside location. On the bus route to the centre of the city. Great breakfasts. No elevator. We were on the fifth floor and did a lot of climbing. Good thing we were fit and able to carry our suitcases. |

Upon arrival at Hotel Adriatic I was informed that I had been upgraded to the 3 star Hotel Vis (owned by the same chain) across the road, so my review is based on that hotel rather than the Adraitic. My room was much bigger than expected, with a balcony and en suite (both of which I had originally requested at Hotel Adriatic when I booked) - so this was a nice surprise! The hotel was very clean and comforatble and the staff were friendly and helpful. I ate in the restaurant one night (the buffet) and the food was pretty nice too. Buses were every 20 mins or so from right outside the hotel - tickets from the hotel reception for just over £1 for a one-way trip to town. This is slightly less than on the bus. Very handy. |

Stayed in the main building. Good location on Lapad peninsula. Park view rooms were quiet at night. Sea view rooms have a beautiful outlook over the clear blue bay. Hotel was clean. Convenient bus stop directly outside hotel to old town. Lovely pedestrian boulevard close by with many cafes. Overall the hotel was clean, the staff friendly, especially Anti the late night receptionist and Natasha our cleaner, all added up to a pleasant stay. I booked Hotel Adriatic as this was the only one offering 3 x double beds for single occupancy. Phoned the hotel on the morning of departure to confirm room types and time of our arrival. Upon arrival I was disappointed to be given 1 x double and 2 x twin. When I complained at reception I was informed the two single beds had been pushed together making a double. I did not get what I specifically requested and indeed paid for. The air conditioning in my room was not working properly and would not cool the room due to poor maintenance. |

It was adequate in terms of cleanliness, size of room and staff efficiency. School parties (about 50 teenagers) were accommodated in the same annexe as other guests, and contined making a noise until 1.30 am. The Manager was prompt to call their teachers and ask them to try and restore order, but said he knew there was a problem. If the staff know that, the hotel should not also be recommended for other guests who are paying a normal hotel rate. |

The proximity to the water, free breakfast, and the view from the rooms with a balcony towards the sea. The hotel itself needs to be updated. It feels very outdated and a bit sad. No beach towels offered. |

Simpel hotel met mooi zeezicht.ontbijt goed verzorgt. Hotel is wat veroudert. Hier en daar een opknap beurt is aan te raden. |

The room offered a great view of the sea, as promised. Definitely the best aspect of the hotel. No lift, which was surprising with five flights of stairs to get to our room at the far end of the third floor. Also, meals are served in a different building across the road. A week prior to arrival we had emailed to request a double room rather than a twin room but never received a reply. |

Staff were very friendly and hotel was clean. Bus to town centre went from right outside the door and the beach was only across the road The hotel is old fashioned and the buffet breakfast isn't very good |

The staff were very friendly and polite but the hotel was lacking basic facilities which they would need to address if they are looking for repeat customers. The no. 4 bus outside the hotel was a huge bonus it went straight in to the old town of Dubrovnik. This hotel is very basic but cheap so might suit backpackers best. |

I liked the ease of where the hotel is located with excellent bus link to the old city and the fantastic beach and views that are very close. Very reasonable price for the hotel which is exactly what was needed for my stay in Dubrovnik. |

We were pleasantly surprised that it was not noisy and that the rooms and bathrooms were of a good standard with excellent balconies overlooking the beautiful bay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The dining room is rather utilitarian and sparse. |

Villa Doris enjoys a quiet location on a beautiful bay in the picturesque village of Stikovica, 6 km nort-west from Dubrovnik and only 50 metres from the sea. |
The charming and comfortable Hotel Vis in Dubrovnik is an ideal choice for those who like to relax on the beach, as it is located directly on the stunning blue water of the Adriatic Sea. |
Castelletto is a friendly, privately run hotel just 300 metres from the sea in the historic town of Cavtat. Cavtat is a perfect base for exploring Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. |
The Hotel Dubrovnik Palace can be found surrounded by pine woods and the clear sea on the beautiful Lapad peninsula, a few minutes' bus ride from Dubrovnik's Old Town. |
