nice spacious hotel with friendly helpful staff and excellent food .big swimming pool and great location

Bright and clean rooms. Excellent pool area, close to sea, seafront bars, excellent restaurant and food choice, all staff friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Short walk to main part of town which is a pleasant evening stroll.

I loved the food enjoyed the entertainment on offer and also the drink. I go back in the morning. Pool and sunloungers /loads of room. I and my husband really enjoyed our stay. The sun set to die for / beautiful.

A bit far out of the main area of the village but the view of the sea made up for it.

the bathroom needed updating when we used the shower all the water poured out onto the floor and ther wes always a bad smell

Perfect location near the sea and Cavtat. Good position for the people who like to be near the sea and to walk along the seaside.Close to the touristic boats offering trips to the old city of Dubrovnik

Hotel was superb. Parking is free (not €15 per day as indicated). Breakfast was gorgeous. Swimming pools, beach.

No heating in room nor in bathroom. You have to pay for wireless internet.

This hotel chain charged me a two day cancellation fee, and I did not cancel my reservation. I am still trying to sort this mess out.

Excellent food. Great swimming pool and terrace. Right on the beach. boat to Dubrovnic at the 'door-step'.

Had to pay for internet and only available in main entry. We did lose electricity one day for a while - quite unpleasant as I was in the shower at the time and was suddenly in the dark.

We booked at short notice - half board- and we were thrilled with everything.

Absolutely everything. We had a fantastic 10 day stay. The location is heavenly, - the food was varied but always good - the rooms comfortable and spacious. ] However, top marks go to the staff. We have never stayed at a holiday hotel where the staff were so cheerful, polite, helpful, friendly charming and (both sexes) good looking. Yes you have got it in one we loved them. The Manager works next to the reception with his office door open - which I took as an invitation to praise his hotel. 10 out of 10 rating please Booking.com An ideal hotel for older couples, such as us, families with children, young couples who don't want to party thill tree in the morning. The word excellent covers almost everything.

The rooms and fittings ae beginning to show their age. Carpets are abit worn, bathroom fittings tend to want a little loving care. I spoke with the Manager whlst we were there and he is well aware of this.

I liked location, grounds, beds and staff

Rooms are not very clean, some of the rules at the hotel did not make sense, such as charging for the in room safe, or taking deposit for the towels. Noone explain the ameneties, and I felt that most of the staff, even though very friendly, did not know much about the hotel.

Nice place to stay as it is just feww minutes drive from the airport so no stress finding the hotel. Nice facilities, close to the centre of Cavtat were you will find restaurants, bars, shops. I would describe the swimming pool as a small lake :) We were blown away with the food variety and how huge the retaurant is. And the best is that the sunset is just outside the hotel so you can have romantic dinner every evening.

This hotel is different to where we would normally stay as a couple but we met our young grandson there and it was perfect for him. The kids pool was absolutely ideal. Cavtat is a lovely location easy to get to the airport , marina harbour boat trips etc

First of all we were given a disable persons room which was very small and did not have a balcony which we had paid for, however the bed was very comfortable. After a night we were transferred to block B. The room here had a balcony but the bed was uncomfortable.. The room was similar to a travel lodge and not that of a 4* hotel. Our daughter and family went to this hotel as part of a package and their room was much bigger and far superior

Only excellent peaceful location and a little bit, the variety (but not the cooking quality) of the food.

Like many of the Spanish chains, you are welcome to their hotel at a -so called- reasonable price and then, with a Turkish expression " Even for breathing " you pay unreasonable extras ! They just exploit the wonderful location of Cavtat. Apart from the location, with service quality and insufficient and unfriendly staff, it is an ordinary 3 star hotel. If you have already stayed in Sol Melia hotels -Especially in Cuba- and had an excellent service, to understand what I mean, please go and see at internet the price of Iberostar Trinidad de Cuba. You will think they sell you the staying period for life. If you go to Albatros, prepare yourself not to explode to someone once or twice everyday.

Good accomodation, good cooking but overbookt when we arrived so we had to change to a "Double for Handicap" room 105 whitout balcony. We got "all in" as a compensation but we where disapounted !

Sea, pool and bars in close proximity. The 5 mins from the airport is a major plus. The Croatians are very friendly.

Dining room impersonal,noisy,and like a canteen,quantity of food rather than quality .

All person in the hotel very helpfull and smile-face...rooms very clean, large enough for 3 persons.

If you want an extra services is very expensive..for ex. Dinner of one person 25 euros.and there are a lot of choices..there are only 3-4 main dishes..i think compare the hotel this is not good..

Hotel was clean enough and good for the price. If you come to dubrovnik with car, there is no need to stay in old town for higher prices. Location of the hotel is good too.

Un hôtel de vacanciers.Mais c'est aussi une bonne adresse pour une étape fonctionnelle et agréable même si les bâtiments sont un peu vieillissants.Plage, piscine y sont très appréciables et surtout la possibilité de se rendre à Dubrovnik facilement: des petits bateaux assurent la navette de 9H. à 21H. et leur point de départ se trouve juste face à l'hôtel. Ceci résoud considérablement les difficultés à se garer dans Dubrovnik. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
