Prachtig gelegen en uiterst vriendelijk personeel.

De geluidsisolatie tussen de kamers is zeer slecht. De beloofde WiFi werkte niet op de kamer maar wel aan de bar/receptie.

Mooie nieuwe suite op de 10e etage, groot balkon.

Tijdens het douchen werd de vloer wel erg nat.

ik had een superior suite zeezicht, perfect gelegen op de hoek met een balkon van wel 13 meter lang met 7 meter aan de voorkant plus zeezicht en 6 meter aan de zijkant met uitzicht op de groene bergen. kamer had een heerlijk bankstel en een goed bureau om aan te werken, twee toiletten en twee flatscreen. zwembad ziet er redelijk goed uit. Ivana van de receptie zag er erg goed uit ;-)

een ontzettend lelijk gebouw tussen al die grote villa's. buffet een beetje eentonig en niet echt uitgebreid. beetje 60 plus publiek uit voornamelijk Duitsland.

Stuff is friendly, food is good. Amazing seaside position. They have a potential, but at this stage it is not a 5*hotel.

At this point this is not a 5* hotel. Poor outside look, inside they are still working on renovation. Even renovated rooms are not ready yet. Swimming pool was dirty, they started to clean it on the day we were leaving. Outside pool with extremely cold water, dirty.

The building from the outside scared us because it looked so ugly and old, but inside was much better. The buffet breakfast and buffet dinner was excellent. The rooms were clean and had an amazing view. We had a corner room on the 9th floor and the balcony was huge. Bathrooms look very modern and spacious.

The outdoor pool was disgusting. It was dirty and it looked like it wasn't cleaned in weeks. Nobody used the outdoor pool. The indoor hot tub was not really hot, more like warm. We went in and left after 2 minutes.

Really nice hotel don't be put off by the exterior, inside it is a really top class hotel.

Prices fluctuate wildly so keep checking!

We liked the dinner and breakfast. The Spa is also modern and clean. We got one of the new rooms even though we didn't pay for it (looks like they are renovating the old rooms) New rooms are amazing...

Its almost to relaxing for a young couple.

The room is quite big and breakfast is nice.

The staff is very rude. We have two young babies(4month and 2and half year old) so we need one double room and extra bed. But they said this time is okay for one room but after 3 month we have to stay in two rooms. I can't understood why they say that and if i need to stay in two rooms, i won't stay there. They are not staffs for 5 star hotel. And we have to pay for parking. Ridiculous.

The room, the balcony, the view and the service were all more than excellent, very nice breakfast too!

In the us this would not be a 5 star hotel-more like 3 1/2-4, but for eu standards it is super! Definitely the best we have staying at in Europe so far. Convenient for walking the coast line sightseeing/souvenir shopping. We had the Superior suite and it was fantastic. The extra half bath was a big plus with 4 people and the view was breath taking. Reservation page states queen size bed, but to our surprise it was a king and had a Tempurpedic mattress on it (just like home!). But the pillows are very flat..bring your own if possible. The sitting area and the bedroom had separate climate controls which was nice since we like to sleep with the air a little colder. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, the desk clerk offered to make dinner reservations for us at a neighboring restaurant and answered all of our questions with a smile. The breakfast buffet is amazing, bar prices are reasonable. Spa area was very clean and well maintained. We have already made reservations for a return visit!

Hot tub could have been a little hotter, it was lukewarm at best and the bedrooms share a wall with the neighboring room which created some noise problems (we got to listen to our neighbors tv all night) but no more so than any other hotel. The Yacht Club restaurant seems to be affiliated with the hotel somehow (?) as staff members raved about how great it was...but the food was just mediocre. Your better off walking the strip and trying one of the local seafood places.

The room was very nice with a great view and room itself was enjoyable. The hotel facilities were above the standard. Breakfast was delicious and you could drink a glass (or two) of champagne if you wanted to :).

The rooms can be noisy sometimes. Since I've been here during winter the air-conditioner(heater) made substantial noise when on. The other time I heard a family with small children from the other room.

I paid 10 euro for parking the car while outside cost 2 euro; room not carefully cleaned; machine in gim out of order for the entire week; not high quality buffet;

We just updated to a luxury see view room with balcony.

Extremly helpful and welcoming staff. We really feel special and a certain magic in the hotel energy.

Excellent SPA area, kind and professionall staff

Excellent personel.Nice rooms. Good food in restaurant. Everything was better then expected, I got an upgraded room and everybody tried to make my stay pleasant. I definitivly recommend this hotel
