Lovely pool area with great waiting staff. Nicely designed room. Not far from Hvar town and a nice walk to go to restaurants at night.

Still not quite the season yet so a lots of building and maintenance going on and beach club not open.

The pool was amazing, and excellent access to the Town along the promenade. We also rented a boat which was right by the hotel; not part of the hotel, but again, great access to all the facilities!

I paid extra for a seaview room and had great views. The pool area looked great but the water was too cold for us to get in!

Breakfast was low quality. Limited dining options, the only dinner offered was buffet and only served 7-9pm and it looked as bad as the breakfast. Massage services and the beachside bar and restaurant were all closed. The room was of modern design but totally impractical - the toilet seat was broken, the curtains let in plenty of light, the basin splashed water everywhere. There is a big change in elevation throughout the complex. The gym has an amazing space but was uncared for, with many weights missing from the rack.

Location is great with its own little beach and a short car free walk to the town centre and marina. Plenty of seating at the outside pool. Helpful and pleasant staff.

Confusingly laid out over several floor levels and we had to lift our baby buggy up and down lots of steps to get out to the pool. Not surprising I guess for a hotel of this size and in a rugged cliff-side location.

Air con needs a boost

Great position close to town; one of the best brekfast buffets we've ever experienced despite the breakfast room that is huge and lacks personality; great pool area.

Not easy to find (especially in the dark) owing to poor signage so make sure you check; the water from the shower floods the bathroom (we had two and it did the same in both); weird toilet setup (the toilet is encased in a box to provide additional space).

Close to town, lovely hotel, great pool, great rooms, good quality food

Not a variety of food choice round the pool. Drinks are very expensive

The location and pool area were wonderful,I recommend you to book a room with balcoon.If you need resting,this hotel would be the best choice.

Hotel staffs were so rude to us.We asked for food when we arrived to the hotel.They didnt give us anything,instead they advise us to go the town although all shops were closed. And when we got into the room,it was dirty and they changed our room.And personally I didn't like the design of the toilet because it has maden by wood and it made bad smeel.

A great hotel in a great location. Really enjoyed our stay here and wish it could have been longer.

Location Cleanliness

This is an excellent hotel. It is a 10 minutes walk from the harbour, with the walk being on a coastal road with fantastic views. The views from the hotel are superb, and the facilites are excellent. The pool is lovely, and the rooms are great also. The restaurant is overlooking a bay, with many islands in view.

Great location and nice hotel

Dark room, small, air conditioning and wifi paid at the reservation, have not worked. Complain to the Manager, who was rude and said that the hotel was full and couldn't change the room. We made several complaints and were not met. Although the hotel is beautiful and well located, the attendances were awful.

The view from our room was fatastic.

The buffet diner and breakfast was not what could be expected of a top hotel. Dried up boring food with little or no taste. there is enough of everything but the feel was more like a cheap cafeteria. Luckily the fantastic view makes up a bit for the mediocre food.

I liked the location. It´s close to the restaurants and bars of the island.

I didn´t liked their bathrooms. They are made of wood, and were really unconfortable. Besides that, I also didn´t liked the elevator. Really old.

This was a very very nice hotel with loads to offer. It was a shame that they didnt upgrade us to a better room as it was off season and the hotel wasnt very busy. But our room was still nice. That would have just topped it off

We were disappointed that so many of the facilities were already closed for the season for example the hotel spa, bonj de bains, the pool bar . The local offers were only explained to us when we over heard other guests asking about the same. The staff appeared to have little knowledge of local amenities as the bus to stari grad and the ferry from there to split Laundry is over priced.

I thought the facilities looked quite amazing but was unable to use so many of them as they were already closed. I would have preferred to have been told this in advance so I could have made alternative arrangements.

Some of the facilities of the hotel were really good. the pool especially. the rooms are very nice especially if you can get a sea view or pool view which we had.

The breakfast was very poor. for a top rated hotel you would expect the food to taste better and a little better service. Some of the staff in the hotel were very unhelpful and was a bit disappointing.

Location, pool, beach and it is close to Hvar city, just a 5m walk. I would stay there again. It's a nie place to stay, although I think it was a bit overpriced for the time of the year.

Nice location within walking distance of the old town. Enjoyed the private beach and pools. Very nicely designed. Large bed and bathroom.

Didn't like that we had to pay to use the lounges on the hotel's private beach. Also think the shuttle from the ferry should be complimentary.

We loved the pools and the short walk to Hvar restaurants. The room was very well designed. Very modern.

The beach was not that nice, and we had to pay to sit on a chair there, even though we were from the hotel and the hotel owns the beach. We are early 40's but the clientelle seemed much older than us, so there wasn't much in terms of socializing. The buffet dinner was expensive and one of the worst I've had. Very oily/heavy/salty. No light or healthy options.

Place is really nice, only 5 minutes walking to the hear harbor, with a very nice stroll along sea side. The upgraded room was good, and facilities were also nice. For those who like running, one can run along the sea side in a very nice track. Running through the harbor till the end of the track makes a 4 km circuit, each way, which is mostly plain.

I had initially booked a standard room. However, when I got to the room, it smelt of cigarettes, and was impossible to stay in such a place, unless you are either a smoker or do not have a nose. The room is also very small and the loo is terrible. The people at the reception were very helpful and changed our room, with an upgrade, Although they did not want to charge the upgrade, I insisted in paying the higher rate, and we arranged it like this. My advice is that it is worthwhile paying a bit more for a superior room.
