Hotel Amor  

Jelena the massage therapist who can be booked was fantastic, although doesn't actually work for the hotel.

Although listed as a 4 star hotel, be aware it is a dressed up 2 star with nicer rooms. I arrived at 2pm and wished to have lunch, but was informed the hotel had no restaurant or room service and couldn't offer me any food. Not normally a problem, but I am on crutches so walking to a neighbouring restaurant wasn't feasible. I was in Brac for a christening, so had a nicer event to attend in what is normally a resort/tourist location. Before the event, I asked to have an iron and board sent to my room at the front desk, but was informed they only had one iron, no board and they had no idea where it was, but if I would like, I could walk 400m to their laundry facility and use the one there (again, I'm on crutches and can't carry anything!). Breakfast is beyond basic with the cheapest offerings possible, runs only two hours in lenght and god forbid if you would like some hot water 5 minutes after breakfast hours are over, "breakfast is finished at 10" was what I was told. After midnight it is not possible to get anything to drink, I realised I was out of water, asked to buy a bottle (there are no minibars) and was told everything was locked up a few min before and I would have to wait until morning!

The hotel is very well situated close to the beautiful beaches of Supetar.

My family and I did not like the beach towel policy. Clients would get towels if they went to the very little hotel pool, but no towel if they went to the beach. None of us brought beach towels as we travelled from Brazil to Croatia, and booked a 4 star hotel in order to have service. The maid also would not regularly put bathroom towels in the bathroom, forgot the bath carpet, toilet paper, etc., so in the evening we had to go get the missing towels at reception. Breakfast was not good, the coffee hardly drinkable.

Il design , la pulizia delle stanze , la cordialita' dello staff nel parlare l'italiano , I servizi free come internet , sauna , idromassaggio , palestra, lezioni di pilates , acquagym in piscina .

Anche se lo staff è stato gentile il livello non era di un hotel a 4 stelle ; evitare le stanze lato strada / lato parco perchè rumorissime durante la notte; la nota negativissima è stata quello legata alla carta banco posta non accettata dall'albergo in quanto non presentava I numeri a rilievo come le carte di credito ,benchè circuito maestro. Fatto dolente per noi poichè ci è stato comunicato il giorno del saldo e per I salti mortali per prelevare in kune, moneta locale , presso I bancomat con l'aggravante del limite di prelievo giornaliero e I relativi costi giornalieri.Aspetto inaccettabile per un hotel che si vende come 4 stelle!

La habitacion que nos toco tenia vistas al mar y estaba muy bien.

Muchas cosas!!! El desayuno fatal, el cafe tal como habiamos leido en comentarios, intomable. La piscina era muy pequeña y al tratarse de un hotel familiar habia 18 niños por las tardes lo que no permita por espacio fisico entrar a bañarse. Si bien habia algunas tumbonas alrrededor de la psicina no habia ni una sombra, lo que hacia imposible estar ahi. La sauna y el yacuzi estaban cerrados y sin agua en pleno agosto, no se si esperaban que alguien lo cargue o que pero no estaba habilitado para el uso que un hotel tiene que tener. La nevera de la habitacion no funcionaba. Honestamente no lo recomiendo la relacion calidad precio deja mucho que desear.

Même si renouvelée il y a peu de temps, la Villa Luka( un des annexes de l'hôtel) souffre des problèmes d'infra structure importantes: -Manque d'eau chaude en fin de journée -Ascenseur ne marche pas - Mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bains -Des rideaux trop étroits pour la largeur des fenêtres -Distance de la réception de l’hôtel

Frühstück war sehr mittelmässig. Maximal 2 Sterne.
