View of harbor across the street was beautiful. The bathroom was completely neglected! Plaster was falling off the ceiling, the shower doors were off the track, the shower head was broken, and the toilet was not as clean as it should be when new guests check in. You may want to bring your own towels, as the ones provided were not good and had black spots on them (mold?). For the price, perhaps some people woudn't balk at those things. |

Fantasic value for money. Very friendly, family-run, modern hotel. We flew into Zadar late at night and over-nighted before rturning to the airport to collect a car-rental the next morning. Watch the taxi price from the airport - at €50 return it would have been cheaper to get an extra day's carhire. This has nothing to do with the hotel though and it seems to be one of the closest to the airport. |

The hotel was clean, well furnished and great value for money. It was close to the water and only about a 10 min. drive from downtown area. The hotel would have been hard to find, except that the GPS lat/long provideed by booking.com brings you right to the hotel front entrance. An excellent way to make your way to the hotel. |

Very welcoming. Lovely, large, clean apartment. Much bigger than we had booked. The road was very noisy for breakfast on the balcony. Shutting windows blocked most of noise fine though so sleeping no problem. |

This was a convenient overnight stay after arriving at the airport. (Taxi journey). Friendly, welcoming staff - almost more like staying in someone's home. Room fairly basic but comfortable for our needs. Had to lug the luggage up a flight of stairs - lucky we were travelling light. |

Nice building with a nice view on the sea and easy to find. The building is recent but the furniture is not. It's more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. |

The location was perfect. Friendly and helpful staff. A very nice room with fantastic view. It didn´t matter for us but the sound from the traffic could be quite loud.We missed the fresh fruit for breakfast. |

There was a noise outside all night: dogs barking, street noise. No air condition. The owner didn't new the password of the wireless internet. Not recommended. |

Good choice if arriving late -- near airport and easy to find (and agree better to turn right when leaving airport and right again -- down a country road but you end up in Sukosan on the right side of the road for Ana's). Friendly place, good breakfast, rooms are basic but fine. It's true it is set back from the main coast road and can be a bit noisy -- if that bothers you ask for a room to the back or take earplugs! |

owner was very helpful and welcoming, offering to pick us up herself from the airport when our taxi failed to show up. Very convenient for Zadar airport. hotel is on a busy road - noise from that and neighbouring apartments. No aircon in our room. |

very pleasant and warmhearted hello with Ana herself, had a long talk on the porch with her homemade biological housewine. The next morning very early she drove me to the airport for a very fair price....... havent't noticed anything |
