Breakfast and SPA are very good, staff was helpfull and kind fitness room is very small and not very well equipped, the parking cost 1€/hour |

Excellent breakfast, very peaceful although located next to a main road. The hotel had also paid attention to female guests: a good hair dryer, separate make-up mirror, etc. were provided. The staff was very friendly. The location: it took more than half an hour to get to the city center with public transport. |

Spaciuos, clean, comfortably furnished and well lit room&bathroom.Remarkably nice smell of premises.Sufficient space for clothes,baggage,toiletries.Operable&free WiFi at room. Room&hotel facilities- very good for both leisure&business.Both artificial&natural ventilation enabled. Personnel-polite and English speaking. Sufficient variety and quantity of breakfast till late hour; choise of fruits&teas. Location- good for shopping in nearby malls; hotel shop also available/ approx.20 min.drive from airport. Fuel station next to hotel- good for transit car/bike travellers. Insufficient choise of fresh vegetables at breakfast./ Would be nice if at least the pool is open 24/7, especially considering it's rather business/conference hotel and the guests are busy daytime and with business dinners-at evening./ The weak side of location- city center is at distance not encouraging walking to there. |

as usual excellent service, german speaking staff, good breakfast, garage, clean and well equipped rooms, spa area, with booking.com conditions the hotel of my choice keep in mind that you need 15 minutes with taxi to the city center |

The rooms are grest and the staff is really pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is everything you except froma hotel buffet. |

Restaurant argante is good but very expensive. The staff there is very friendly I booked a spazio room and was given an interio room. When complaining I was told there was no spazio free. The air-co was limited to 22 deg min with 32 deg outside! The parking is super expensive and still has no agreement with hotel for longer stays. They cancelled the pizzeria in the shopping area |

The most helpful, professional & friendly staff we have ever experienced.Facilities were excellent. Room great.Free internet was handy. Long way from city centre was onl;y drawback. Easy access to tram/trains though, roughly 30 minute trip. |

Fantastic hotel, great staff, huge rooms, wonderful spa and delicious breakfast, it's 10 min by car into city center. It was lovely, parking was a bit expensive. |

The spa was excellent, and both the reception and restaurant staff were very helpful. Standard rooms are just that but have a very nice bathroom, complete with tub. |

The hotel spa is wonderfully equipped and managed. Well worth spending some relax time there. Breakfast was varied, and well prepared. I recommend this hotel to anyone. |

The hotel was amazing, clean, tidy and the staff welcomed us with an excellent manner. We felt that the reception staff explained the facilities to us with great detail leaving us in no doubt to anything. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The bar and food facilities were unique and up to date. The food in the main restaurant was superb and the restaurant staff were helpful with our choices of food. Overall the stay was very pleasant and the wellness facility a welcoming luxury Our only problem with the hotel was the lack of facilities in the area, as in no where to walk or stroll after dinner. Although the centre was not too far in a taxi. |
