Hotellet var lyxigt och mycket kvalitet för pengar. Lätt att ta sig in till stadaskärnan spårvagn 17 tog ca 30min och den gick ofta. bra mat |

This hotel was fab. I honestly couldn't fault it, the staff could not have done anymore for us. There was myself, my mam and my partners mam, we were there for a Uefa football tournament so needed 2get to and from football pitches. The hotel had a courtesy car and they brought us every where we wanted 2 go! Amazingly nice people and the Spa facilities are great. I would go back in a heartbeat |

position is good for business, easy to reach from highway. For tourists it's not so good, it's far away from centre unless you use a car. |

Good service, SPA (although swimming pool quite small), excellent breakfast (including dried ham), integrated in shopping centre including self-service restaurant,... Location of hotel (it takes around 50 minutes with public transport to city centre), |

Restaurant is horrible I waited 50 minutes for my food and when arrived was raw from inside... They not even give me an explanaition.. My advise stay away from the restaurant |

Awesome hotel; great king size bed; great restaurant; wonderful staff; all speak english; nice bakery/ice cream palor too; great price; metro from hotel to downtown was perfect. |

Better conection with center of hotel for foregin citiziens Just much better with connection to centar of town since lot of your visitor founded that taxi driving in Croatia is too expensive, maybe founded a few local taxi driver with low price then normal price condition. |

Free internet access with vpn connection. Shopping center downstairs with nice environment and all necessary facilities. Simply fantastic. Nothing, everything is perfect. |

Well appointed rooms with a very spacious feel throughout the hotel. The bar on th 8th floor has a grand view at night time. Very close to the main streetand on the same premises as a petrol station, although this was not a disturbance from my room. It just looks a bit strange from outside. |
