The owner of the hotel was fantastic and went out of his way to be as helpful as possible. The hotel itself is nice with clean, comfortable rooms. The location of the hotel is a bit odd... there isn't much at all in the village of Zaton, but if you have your own transport then it would be much better. |

the staff were very nice, the hotel is lovely and well maintained. there is a decent sized pool. the hotel is close (walking distance) to the zaton holiday village, which has a nice beach, huge pool (only for village guests but nobody checks) and a few restaurants. we stayed in a double room, not an apartment. the room was very small. nicely decorated, very clean, but tiny. the room was also advertised as having a balcony - it was about 10 cm deep. however the hotel is an "aparthotel" so i guess double rooms are not the focus. would go for an apartment next time. |

The owner Stravco and his family could not have been nicer or more helpfull they were lovely nothing was an issue or problem to them.The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel was excellent which was a big plus for us.The pool was also very good and cleaned daily.The overall friendliness of the hotel made it a lovely atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. The restaurant was closed when we were there however it is due to re open 2010. Also not being able to use our card to pay hotel was a bit of a nusance however not the end of the earth. |

Friendly family hotel. Very nice swimming pool. Relaxing. wrong information on the website: no restaurant this year, no credit card accepted, no varied programme of entertainment. Extremely poor cleaning of the rooms, quite unconfortable divan bed for the children, no blinds/blackout curtains in the rooms. |

Staff were very friendly! Good location, not too far from Zadar and close to a beach area. Breakfast was vey good. The room was nice, a little small but OK for the few days we were there. It was great to have the pool as an option. |

Small kitchenette in room. The hotel was 500m from sea (we measured it with our car since the proprietor claimed that it was only 300m) and not near sea as stated. Also along busy road, so not suitable for walking to sea and obviously no parking to be found at beachfront. Also extremely slippery poolside - our daughter fell over a few times, so not suitable for toddlers at all. Airconditioning did not work well and we could not open the windows due to mosquitoes. We also asked for a non smoking room, but the people 1 balcony away sat on their balcony smoking most of the time. |

The people (the Lekavski's) who ran the hotel were great people, they made everybody feel at home. The hotel was simple yet tastefully presented and very well kept. Their pool is worth more than gold! |

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The pool was greatly liked by the children and the hotel is small enough to have space for everyone. Air conditioning was helpful for people from the North, but the noise made it impossible to keep turned on at all times. For a car traveller, the distances to Nin and Zadar are very small and roads are good. The hotel is located next to a well-travelled road, some distance from the village. Due to no sidewalk, it was inconvenient to move around on foot. As the village itself is very small, I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone without a car. The sandy part of the beach is at the holiday village which has an entrance fee. At check-out, it turned out the card terminal had broken and I had to drive to Nin to get cash for payment. Would have liked WiFi at the room - it's only useable at the lobby. |

Loved this friendly family hotel. We stayed for the garden festival and received the warmest welcome and hospitality, the hosts could not have done more for us. The pool area was lovely to chill out during the day and they let us play our own music which was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast - when we made it up in time - was good. Mr Levaski is great - anyone going must try and strawberry cocktail! They no longer have a restaurant - but a small price to pay for such a lovely place and we really liked Jazz down the road for dinner |

I like a lot the service the person that is at the reception is very kind and always ready to help you. This aparthotel It's 7 mins from a big resort where you can enter and use all the facilities: like sandy beach, parks, supermarket,etc, great for families.The apartment has everything you need, fridge, kitchen and kitchenware, terrace. Nice pool. We are not sure if the Air conditioner in our room was working properly.It was kind of hot. |

The interior of the hotel was in good condition. The pool and the entertainment room with table tennis and billiard were excellent. The yard was unfinished. Promissed WLAN didn't work in our room, the signal was too weak. They didn't accept credit card regardless of the given information in the booking.com website. |

the villa was right next to the beach aswel as having a swimming pool. It was family run and everyone was so nice and helpful! Theres a holiday resort down the road we went into a few times... so glad i choose the villa!! :) Would love to go back |

Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. Pool area was lovely. Good breakfast buffet. Apartment was much smaller than we expected, but other than that, just fine. It was much more in the countryside than we expected, but only took 10-15 minutes to get to larger towns. |

Excellent acceuil, Mr Lekavski est un personnage fort sympatique. Les douches n'étaient pas géniales. Je n'aime pas les rideaux de douche, je préfère les parois rigides type plexiglass. Ceci dit rien a reprocher sur la salle de bain. |
