Staff were very helpful and friendly. There was no heating so mornings and evenings were cold in the our room as we were there in Oct. The staff said that we could not have any heating as it had not been turned on yet. We could also hear the guests in the next door bathroom which was not great especially waking up to this each morning. |

Very close to the sea and HulaHula Bar. Just 15min. walk to the city of Hvar, the harbour, cafes and restaurants. A little bit small, but nice rooms. |

Take a taxi to the Hotel. The walk back to town is mostly downhill. Spacious, well furnished, quiet room with excellent view from corner unit balcony. Nice basic breakfast. Enjoyable walk to and from town.No beaches but typical for that area. Would stay there again. No elevator. |

a 20-minute-walk between hotel and town centre is quite nice for the view and good way along the coast. The room was very clean. It was very hard to find hotel at first but once we found it, the location is not bad. |

The great location & isolation of the Hotel only 5 minutes from the beach. Unfortunately, the apartment we had did not have any of the views that were advertised in the web..maybe my booking was too late but this was dissapointing. |

There was nothing wrong with Pharia, but price seemed to be high compared to quality. Our "mini-suite" (room 101) was very basic and a bit out of fashion, but clean and ok (we got the last suite available, others might be nicer). It was only the price compared to what you got. In hotels on Brac island, you got a lot more with the same money. We stayed at a mini-suite, which meant bedroom + living-room (that we did not use at all). Nice big balcony with sea view and very helpfull staff! Good breakfast with bread, cheese, ham, youghurts, cornflakes, eggs, some fruits etc. Walk to the old town was ok, 10 to 15 minutes walk by beach. There was no fridge / mini-bar and there's no market anywhere near. It would have been good to have some place where to have cool drinks. |

Modern, clean apartments. Great for a group of friend's sharing as there were two bathrooms. Free parking. Good location, just a few minutes to the sea, but a good 15 minute walk in to town. Would definitely stay there again. |

Great space for kids, good hot water. The villas look great and have swimming pool - nxt time I'd book one of these instead of apartment. The noise! There were people coming and going all through the night and the walls seemed paper thin. |

Very helpful and attentive staff. Lovely room, with separate room for our 6 yo daughter. Balcony with pleasant sea view. Nice little beach 1 minute's walk away down some steps. Some reviewers commented on the "long" walk to Hvar town. It is a very pleasant 20 minute walk and is well lit at night if you stay on the sea front. We were quite happy to do it with our daughter. We preferred to be here rather than in the noise of central Hvar. |

Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful reception staff. Near to the beach and not too far from town centre if you walk along the inland road (10 mins) rather than the beach side road. Great breakfast and spaciour room with balcony. |

The room was very clean. The bathroom was small but fairly new and modern. There is a picture of a pool so naturally we thought this was available for all guests, however this is only accessible if you book a villa; very misleading. There was no fridge in the room which for the price we paid was totally unacceptable. The room description said 'park view' but there was no park, no idea what that meant. It was very expensive for what we got. |

The room was nice and clean, the A/C worked well. And Hvar Town is a lovely place to stay. The price for the room was way too high. We changed to a comparable room in nearby hotel for the rest of our stay, and payed less than half of the rate per night (compared to Pharia). |

it was a nice spacious and immaculately clean apartment with good facilities access to a pool would have been a bonus and transport into the town would also have been a plus especially when travelling on foot with luggage as it is up hill from the town to the accommodation |

Great sea view, quiet surroundings, close to the beach, not far from the town either, huge room with a huge balcony (not all rooms are like that though), friendly and helpful staff, large and comfy bed. No kitchenette, no fridge to cool the water, A/C quite weak, very small TV and not too many programs, no elevator. Some days my room was not cleaned properly. No safe in the room. They also asked me to leave the passport at the reception for the whole stay (which I refused!) as a guarantee for payment?! |

These friendly, family-run apartments enjoy a quiet location above the picturesque old town of Hvar, only a 5-minute walk away from the main square. |
The brand-new Seputic apartments in the city of Hvar are about 600 metres from the centre and 500 metres from the nearest beach. Also a grocery store is just 50 metres away. |
