Apartments Bella  

Cute, charming apartment. Clean. With a kitchen and some tea and coffee, which we appreciated. Across street from bus station--a hard walk from train station (take the bus directly there).

Couldn't find it at first. If someone had simply said "across from bus station," it would have saved us 20 minutes of frustration.

It honestly felt like home. There are 4 units in complete (i think) each has a name, i was in the appartment named Bella which Apparently is the biggest. I loved the boho Chic feeling it had. Everything was clean, the host taking the time to explain how i can get arround. I enjoyed my stay there

Outside the apartment looked rough with Graffiti on it. The photo of the outside located on BOOKING.COM needs to have a caption that that picture is the view from the garden & it appear differently at the front. The apartment doesnt have a sign out the front to say Bella apartment

Good facilities for an apartment. Host has prepared everything you need for your short stay, e.g. maps, restaurant recommendations, etc. Wifi is quite fast. Its location is just across Zagreb's bus terminal so no matter you come from airport or other cities, it is very convenient!

Owner was friendly, ready to help, clean facility, on walking distance to all destination in town,great stay

The studio was awesome, cute and awesomely decorated. The staff was super friendly and they gave us a lot of great suggestions for restaurants and things to see in town.

The location is very good. There are a big supermarket and tram/bus station near the apartment.

Bathroom is narrow a little.

The apartment is conveniently located, just 10 mins walk from Main bus station that is situable for travellers that need to catch bus to other places early next day. And the tram station to downtown is also nearby that only take 15 mins. The apartment is clean and comfortable, equipped with adequate kitchenette and heater. The owner is very nice as well.

The outside of the apartment looks a bit shabby and torn down, but inside is totally refurnished.

Very nice location, but not really enough hot water for 3 girls...

The appartment is perfectly situated if you travel by bus (5 min from the main bus station) on the one hand and if you need to reach the historical city center on foot in some 15-20 min on the other. Moreover the keeper provides you with the city plan and recommends events and sights worth seeing (the advices are worth following I would say :). The appartment is really cosy, designed smart, tastefully and simply. Gives some good feeling it is done by the keeper like for her herself. Very clean, served with toothbrushes, toothpaste, one-use slippers in addition to standart stuff like towels, bed-clothes and kitchenware. The keeper is very nice and helpful. She speeks good English and is supportive if you have additional questions. So summarizing -- it was really a pleasure to be there and I if I come to Zagreb again I know where I will stay :).

Bella was in a great location for an early morning start from the bus station as its only a couple of minute walk. The apartment is very nicely decorated inside and is very clean too. We were meet at the airport and could not fault the friendly way in which we were meet and transferred to the apartment. And there is a great bakers just down the road too!

Everything was great. Great little room , the owner waited for us as our flight was delayed. She also emailed me a few days earlier to check what time we were coming there. Great location many thanks

Owner was lovely, and apartment had a fridge and stovetop with utensils (including pots/pans etc). Also had heater and aircon unit for different seasons. Despite the exterior not being appealing, the interior was very clean and well maintained!

Location was close to the bus stop, and yes, you could walk into the town, but personally I recommend the tram as it was a good 20-25min walk, and the first 15mins is on a main road so no sightseeing to be done. Other than that, great!

This apartment is located in a dilapidated area, far from the city center. The room was very basic and had a tiny and uncomfortable bathroom. My room also faced a busy street and was very noisy during the night. The cleanliness could also improve, the bedding did not look neither new nor recently washed.

hard to find the apartment. it is opposit to the main bus bus stop. across the road then turn right. around 150m. will see a green gate with a small blue lable "apartment".

Although the front of the house looks really poor and destroyed, the apartments are inside really really nice. Comfortable, totally new and nicely decorated. It also has a nice garden to enjoy when the weather is good. Nice and flexible crew. Opposite the bus station.

The street where is located doesn´t look good, but I didn´t feel like it was dangerous.

I liked everything about this apartment such as location, price, staff, etc. The room was clean, and the kitchenette has every utensil you need to cook. It's located next to main bus station, so if you are planning to arrive at Zagreb by bus, you don't have to spend extra money for another transportation.

Just one thing I didn't like about this apartment was, it took some time to heat water. So, after one person takes a shower, another person has to wait some time until hot water comes out again. Other than that everything was great.

The woman that met us was extremely nice and helpful. The room was super clean. It is located right across the street from the bus station so the area is a little sketchy but we didn't spend much time walking around there anyways. Quick (15min) walk to the old town and city centre!

The apartment is spacious and is very close to the main bus station.

Excellent location, price and very warm and helpful welcome on arrival. Our flight was 1.5hr late which meant we arrived 1:30am but they waited up for us.

The appartment was nice, clean and spacious. Its not far from downtown... 20-25 minutes walking or you could take a tram.... There was great public transportation... for all parts of the city.

Location is the main reason. Near bus terminal station.You can walso walk to old town without bus or tram within 15~20 minutes.Apartment is not small and had everything you want: refrigerator, TV, free wifi, small kitchen, and shower.

Excellent location with the owner welcoming us at the door about the time we arrived, the room is combat and very nicely decorated with everything required.

The outside of the house looks horrible, we couldn't believe that was the place we've booked. We seriously considered canceling the reservation and send an e-mail to booking.com with pictures to get our money back because the cancellation period was due. The only thing that made us change our minds was the fact we were staying that for only 1 night.
