The friendliness and helpfulness of staff was outstanding.The facilities are new and first class. It is a short - 150m- walk to the beach. |

Our appartment was excellent: large, clean & comfortable rooms, modern furniture, great balcony (with whirlpool), seaview and just a 5min walk to the beach. Also, the owner is really friendly and helpful. The lift to the appartment, garage for car parking and a small supermarket in the house (and 3 others in walking distance) are really convenient. Top tips: try the house wine (can be bought at reception) & have dinner at "Jez" - a lovely restaurant just a 2mins walk away from the appartment on the way to the beach. Nothing really - everything was perfect |

We have not felt more welcomed anywhere. The staff and owners are very friendly and willing to help you have a nice vacation. All is perfect. Recommend it to anyone. Busy street next to it, unfortunately crazy motobyke drivers make it impossible to have windows open at night, but that is not the hotel's fault. |

The reception is very friendly and helpful, the room is new and equipped with everything you need. i would highly recommend it for the cost. it is a short walk to the beach and downtown. |

We liked everything. The owner and director, Maja Begic, is a charming young lady, very intelligent, articulate, and efficient, always ready to help with all kinds of our requests. She demonstrated true Croatian hospitality. The same applies to her cousin Nikolina, she met us on arrival. In fact, we were happy with everyone we met from the Begic family. The premises are new, modern in all respects, very good material used all over the place, and good finish as well. Furniture and bedding are excellent and rather better than in some 4 star hotels. Electronic keys add to the feeling of security. There is a satisfying sense of privacy, not like in some other places we visited...and ask for the Bagic family home vine, red is particularly good! The one thing to mention, which some may like and other would dislike. Makarska is a busy summer resort. To find total quietness and solitude one better go to an island…So, when you leave windows open at night you might be disturbed by some noises… Yet, it applies to the whole place. On the other hand, the windows in Agava Appartments and shutters are state-of-the-art and provide total quietness when closed. Modern air-conditioning has an option for air flow from outside, so if needed you may isolate yourself from the outside world in Appartments Agava. |

The appartment was almost completely new, clean and very nicely decorated. Stylish! Location was almost perfect, close to the beach and shop and not too far from the center. Really beautiful seaview, We enjoied our stay here. They seemed to have some problem with the electricity in the beginning of our stay which caused some problems but this was fixed during our stay. |

The room was huge, silent, clean and you can go to the center just in 10 minutes by walk. There is a little supermarket just at the first floor of the hotel. Unless you reserve the private parking of the hotel (that you have to pay for) it is not easy at all to find where to park your car. |

Solrik leilighet med fantastisk utsikt, meget god teknisk standard (nytt hotell) og meget gjestfri og servicevennlig betjening, alt som skal til for å føle seg vel og nyte oppholdet. Med garage I kjelleren,supermarked I 1.etg. Og 15-20 min. å gå langs stranden til sentrum av trivelige Markarska kan oppholdet følge "innfallsmetoden". Det er ikke lett å redusere trafikkstøy om dagen, natten ok. |

very nice hostess; exquisitely equipped and very spaceous appartment (with big jacuzzi on the very large terrace with exquisite view of the sea [and the mountains]), which was very quiet although situated on the main town road; floors were dusty when we arrived and not cleaned during our seven-day stay - we didn't request it, though |

Excelente quarto, com bastante estrutura e confortável. Staff muito gentil e atencioso. || Excellent room, with a lot of things to have a great time there... Pedimos uma cama de casal e tivemos duas de solteiros juntas. Além disso, as camas eram muito desconfortáveis. Quem tem problema de coluna, deve ficar atento. A internet também não estava funcionando. Estacionamento fecha a noite. Para se ter acesso às chaves da garagem cobram 12 euros!! || We asked for a doublebed, but we got two twins and very poor beds. Internet was not working that day. The parking is closed during the night and to get the key you should pay 12 euros!!! But it is a great place for sure. |
