Apartments Barcot  

Quiet, easy walk to town, spacious room with good facilities for cooking. The owners were very nice and helpful for getting around. I would stay there again and recommend it to others!

Staff were great, location was great, very roomy.

Internet really doesn't work in the room, but if you sit outside in the downstairs courtyard you're fine.

5 min walk from the water front. Lovely place, kept immaculately. The couple that run it are very kind and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone

Excellent location, 5 minutes from the Square. Clean, functional bedrooms and bathroom. Friendly owners.

The decor is a little dated. And as the owners live next door in the same building, any noise after 11pm is frowned upon. There is also no cleaning of the apartments, even with a 5 night stay, this really should be standard.

Very nice apartment. Good location near the old city in Split. The apartment is nicely furnished and very clean. The air-conditioning is great :-) The owner welcomed us and stored our luggage untill we could check-in. He also gave us recommendations to restaurants etc. A very nice place to stay in Split.

The room was very well equiped with a great kitchen and bathroom. I was also immaculately clean.

We loved apartments Barcot! Perfect location just 2 mins walk from the centre of wonderful Hvar. We have stayed in 6 different apartments on the Dalmatian coast on this trip, and Barcot has been the best. Spacious, clean, appear newly refurbished , well equipped and lovely balcony. Excellent value for money. Our host, Maria was very helpful in doing our washing (for far less money than local laundrette), We wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately they were fully booked. However, we are planning on returning next year. We also stayed 1 night in a supposedly 4 star hotel , it cost approx 3 times more than all the lovely privately owned apartments we have stayed in and was not a comparison at all in terms of personal service and value for money - stick with apartments!!

It is quite difficult to find if you dont have directions from the nearest main road so have an idea of where you are going beforehand. However, once you are there you are in the heart of everything

No double bed in a family unit, but that's all.

It was big and spacious and had 2 balconies, one of which had a great view of the fortress. The aircon worked well although it was also nice to open doors and catch the breeze instead. The landlady, although she had a limited knowledge of English, was very kind and helpful.

There was nothing we didn't like although it might not necessarily be the easiest place to find. For those interested, if coming from the harbour, walk into square towards the cathedral. Facing the cathedral, take the road/pedestrian walkway to the left and keep going past a few stalls, nice open plot with olive trees on right, nursery school on left and you will notice a big wall on the right. Keep going until you have to go left or right, and choose right! Up a hill and round a corner and there it is

Great location, peaceful balcony and lovely host! Simply furnished studio, that had everything we needed for.a great holiday. Was great to be able to make our own breakfast and sit out on the balcony in the morning. Was also close to the market, which is great for those keen to cook with local produce.

Bear in mind when staying it is at the top of a hill, which can be a very hot climb if going up it in the middle of the day. Lots of chance to cool down once you are inside.

Friendly and helpful owners. Access to Old Town. Countryside view. Safe neighborhood for young children.

This is not a complaint, but the sofa as a double bed was too narrow for a married couple. Fold up single extra bed quite noisy.

從港口到住宿的地方, 一路上幾乎都是石子路 若是拖行李的旅客, 恐怕會有些不方便 Wi-fi的訊號不好, 常常斷線

O casal de proprietário moram no apartamento da frente e portanto dão todo o apoio necessário. São super gentis e simpáticos, especialmnete a Sra. Maria. Ficamos num apartamento enorme, fresco, limpo, com cozinha e dependências. O apartamento fica cerca de 10 min do centro e de toda a parte turística da linda Hvar. Próximo tem mercado, ponto de ônibus para pegar o catamarã, perto do porto para pegar outro tipo de catamarã, barcos para passeios. Recomendaria sem dúvida o hotel para outras famílias ou viajantes independentes.

Arkadaş grubuyla konaklamak için kesinlikle tercih edilebilir. İşletenler ilgili ve güler yüzlü, otel temiz ve meydana yürüyerek 5 dakika.

İngilizceyi çok az bildikleri için telefonda anlaşmakta çok zorlandık. Otelin yerini tarif edemediler. Meydana 200 metre uzaklıkta ve tarifi çok kolay olan otel için taksiciye 80 kuna yani 9 euro vermek zorunda kaldık.

Apartamento muy bien equipado y con todo en un muy buen estado. Grandes vistas desde la terraza y a 5min del centro.

Encontrarlo no es difícil, pero te hace dar un par de vueltas

Su ubicación a un corto paseo del puerto, de la estación de autobuses y de las playas.

Se situa en una de las calles más transitadas de noche en Hvar, el jaleo de la gente que llaga de madrugada o que van al ferry a primera hora es insufrible. Como tengas vecinos ruidosos estás perdido porque se oye todo. Cuando llegamos la cisterna goteaba y el water se encontarba rodeado de toallas, así dos días y medio de los tres que nos alojamos. El wifi dejó de funcionar el segundo día. La cama era basicamente una tabla. El grifo apenas podías abrirlo si no querías ser bañado en el momento. La persiana central no cerraba del todo. No hay limpieza.

No tiene vistas al mar, pero esta muy bien situado, a pocos minutos a pie de la catedral y los señores que lo llevan son increbles, super amables y te dan muchas facilidades. El apartamento está nuevo y muy limpio.

Cuesta un poco encontrarlo porque google maps te indica otra calle.

L'appartamento è situato a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dal centro della cittadina. La struttura non è nuovissima ma offre tutto il necessario anche la connessione wi-fi gratuita i proprietari molto disponibili.

Atendimento impecável, limpo e muito bem localizado.

Veldig stor leilighet med veranda på to sider. Stille området, 5 min å gå fra promenaden. Leiligheten ligger i toppetasjen til husets eier som har leiligheten under. Hyggelig vertskap. Et soverom med 2 enkle senger og 2 enkle (120 cm) senger i stua. Det var AC i stua og for å få kjøling til soverommet måtte da alle dører stå åpne inne i leiligheten.

En slitt leilighet, med gamle møbler og interiør. Ja, det funket greit til det lille vi var i leiligheten, men det innbød ikke til ønske om å være mer inne enn nødvendig.

Muy buena ubicación, a 5 minutos estas en el centro..restaurantes, bares..el puerto. Familia muy agradable. Apartamento limpio. Aparcamos en la misma puerta.
