The staff was very friendly and they had a really cute dog and cat. Lots of little bugs but i think you can't escape from having these up in the mountains. |

We could bring our dog. The owner wasa nice lady who gave some good tips and spoke excellent English. On weekdays it is a bit noisy in the morning with all the trucks passing by. |

owner was very helpfull. I have received all the information about trip to Plitvickie jeziera. Housekiping - we had found cockroachs. Lack of airconditon. |

Nice and very helpfull explanations for the trip at plitvica Not clean, small lights (near bads) not working, we had to wait one full hour to get hot water in shower, very close to the road - noise from trucks all night... |

The outstanding aspect of Apartment Helena was the personal service that we received. Durdica was exceptionally attentive & helpful from the minute we arrived, even though she had more important things to deal with (She was expecting a baby at any point!).Durdica's Mother produced a wonderful al fresco breakfast for us & thre is internet access access available which I wasn't expecting.This is a really friendly & homely place. |

The apartment was large, clean and comfortable. The Hodak Family are charming and make every effort to be helpful and provide for guests' needs. There is a large barbeque area with picnic table, a pool table, ping pong table, and playset for children. The family computer is made available for guests to use. A lovely experience for us and we highly recommend Apartmani Helena. |

Nice and friendly staff and clean apartment. Very good loacation to visit the Plitvice lakes national park. Restaurant close by the apartment was quite OK. The fish was very good. |

excellent treatment from apartment owners, beautiful apartment that is just perfect for a family of five, it is very close to plitvice lakes which the reason we came to this area in croatia. only the fact that there isn't any sign on the road and the address is a bit confusing. we solved this problem in a creative way- just went to the local bar and got help from locals. |

Grande surprise quand nous sommes arrivés dans cet hotel, propriétaire très accueillant (avec petit cadeau de bienvenue), très propre, très spacieux. A retenir, pour y passer plusieurs jours et se promener dans ce parc national splendide. |

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt a személyzet. Az esős időben is meg tudtuk nézni DVD-ről - már a szálláson - a plitvicei tavak környékén. Volt WiFi is, ez külön pozitívum |

Abbiamo trovato un appartamento veramente spazioso, comodo e molto pulito. Abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza e l' attenzione della proprietaria. L' intero complesso è dotato di servizi comuni e spazi gioco molto adatti alle famiglie. |

Zeer goede lokatie voor bezoek NP Plitvice Meren. Keurige appartementen. Zeer gastvrije familie!! We ontvingen prima tips over bezoek NP en andere uitstapjes. Heerlijk ontbijt in de tuin (doen!!). Ook leuk voor kinderen: speelgelegenheid en erg lieve huisdieren! |

Es una caseta en medio de un jardín a 50 metros de la carretera principal. No está acondicionada por lo siguiente: hedor de las cañerías en el baño y cocina (insoportable), lleno de insectos (vivos y muertos tanto en el suelo como incrustados en las paredes), ropa de cama anticuada y usadísima (desgastadas), no te proporcionan toallas (sólo una para los pies pequeña, en general todo muy sucio (desagradable). Llegamos a las 9 de la noche y el señor nos dedicó medio minuto (atención pésima). Fue tal el disgusto y la incomodidad que a las 6 de la mañana nos fuimos (lo peor de nuestro viaje a Croacia). Además el precio desorbitado!!! No entendemos los comentarios positivos sobre este apartamento |

Das Apartement ist groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Für die Kinder steht ein großer Garten zur Verfügung. Ein perfektes Quartier für einen Kurzurlaub bei den Plitvicer-Seen Der Lärm von der Straße hätte mich bei einem längeren Aufenthalt ziemlich gestört. Da wir nur 2 Nächte waren (reicht aus um die Seen zu sehen), haben die Vorteile bei weitem überwogen! |

Gentillesse de la propriétaire. Propreté de la location. Equipements extérieurs pour les enfants : baby-foot, billard, ping-pong, portable avec internet, ... éQuipement limite : pas de percolateur, peu de couverts, une seule petite casserole. |

El trato de la propietaria, que nos recibió muy amablemente, solucionó todas nuestras preguntas y se portó realmente bien. La casa tenía buenas instalaciones y espacios comunes para utilizar billar, internet, etc. |
