It is brand new. No shops and restaurants in area. It is far from everything. A car is essential. It takes a lot of time to essential tourist places. |

Extremely clean and new feeling. Perfectly accomodated our large group of 12 visitors in rooms of 5, 4 and 3. The receptionist/staff person went out of her way to help us, including driving to the market and cash mashine during a rainstorm and ordering food for delivery to our room. Unbelievable service! a little far to old town - 40 min walk, taxi drive or bus. But at this stage in our trip a taxi was fine. receptionist also has good taxi contacts. |

This was a selfcatering appartment which had all mod cons and was very comfortable and well mainained and fully airconditioned. Very friendly staff. This was in a quiet residential location but in waling distance of restaurants and shops. |

clean and tidy apartment,good for self catering and vegeterian people,very accomodating,provided us with oven as well!! outside of the hotel, bit dirty and derelict,and dark at night,also would recommend for a toaster in the kitchen!! |

Spacious apartment, particularly considering low price. Clean and comfortable, friendly staff. The area which it was in was tacky, though the apartment itself was lovely. Directions poor, mainly due to complete lack of road signs in Split! |

Very nice modern, clean and has everything you need for an extended stay. Fridge, utensils, washing machine and even a nice patio. We stayed in the studio. |

Good location, very close to beach, a good 40 -50 min walk to the non pebble beach, which is nice. Great to have own washing machine etc as can be a chore to search for laundramats in europe. Shops close by for buying food and lots of cafes etc along the beach shore. my only complaint was that the dvd player was unable to work on discs brought in europe. There was no bread knife making it hard to cut the lovely fresh bread bought .When we arrived it was a public holiday and so no shops were open at all and you can't even buy milk or bread from the petrol stations. So would have been nice to be prewarned. At least the cafes etc were open. |

The quietness of the area, the beautiful 50 minutes walk along the Adriatic to the centre of Split. Custom built and almost brand new apartment with supermarket and bus stop nearby. Helpful employees Iris fluent in the English and Blanka in the German language. |

very quite,close to beach,friendley staff there is no receptionist in the evening or sunday and as result I had problem to book a cab to airport. |

The street address was not on our Sat Nav map, so a little tricky to find. Delighted with free onsite parking and a washing machine, very helpful for us who have been traveling lots. Great spot and easy 40 min walk into town. |

Godd location, close to the beach and 5 minutes walk to a supermarket and 10 minutes walk to a good restaurant. The walk to town along the coast took about 50 minutes, however there was a good bus service and town was an easy drive if you had a vehicle. |

The rooms were modern, well apponted, neat, tidy and good value for money. The location is very close to the beach, with sea views. It was about 50 minutes walking distance along the coast to town, however it was an easy drive and there was also a good bus service. 5 minutes walk from the hotel was a small supermarket and another 10 minutes walk is a very good, well priced restaurant. This was a good place to stay |

Having a kitchen The location was very dark after dark .... no streetlights. We also worried about the parking getting taken by surrounding apartments. |

Room was clean and comfortable;Location was convenient to beach; enjoyed the presence of locals, non-touristy; nice walk along ocean front; friendly staff; good bus service Rooms were attractive but sparse .. could be 'warmed' up a bit with decor; added furniture for clothing. 'Patio/balconey' was ok but not really ocean view .. ask for room on upper floor |

Clean and functional - Pleasant and helpful staff - Difficult to get a taxi - You could arrange some useful phone numbers, and also an information card to hand taxis that do not spreak English. |

This was a poor choice. We booked for four days but left on the second. There was a small stony beach but it was very unappealing. There was very little in the way of entertainment and places to eat. To me, it was a weekend retreat for locals. Sorry. See above. Very poor choice. Too far from Split central to walk to. Ive never felt like crying on a holiday before - but that's just how we felt when we walked along a vast concreted area to the water.. |

Clean, large and comfortable room with balcony. Close to bus stop which takes you to the old town in ten minutes Hot water lasts for ten minutes max. Not the most convenient location in terms of proximity to town. |
