Apartments Fortezza  

Excellent location. I would recommend making notes on it's entrance before you leave home, but if you have trouble finding it, just ask someone, they will readily help you find the door around the corner in a quiet courtyard. I was impressed with it and the owner, who was incredibly nice and helpful. The room had both modern conveniences and a touch of history, with the palace wall showing in parts. It lives up to it's high customer satisfaction rating.

Large very clean white room with a fantastic 3-way shower. New floors, new everything, except the walls. The apartment walls are plastered over the walls of roman emperor DIOCLENTIAN's palace from 320 ad. The tv was placed in a nook in the hugh stone walls! The bathroom had 14" ceilings, as it was made out of a room from the original palace! Location was fantastic, about 50 paces from the Iron Gate entrance to Dioclentian's Palace (inside the palace). Owner was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved it as did our traveling companions (another mature couple).

The best place we stayed in during our trip to Balkans. The location is perfect, the apartment beautiful and exactly as described and seen on booking.com. The bathroom is amazing and the whole apartment is extremely tidy. I will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. The owner is very friendly and contacted us prior to our arrival with all the details that helped us to find the place.

It is not really a complaint but it was hard to find

It was a modern fully equipped spacious apartment with shuttered windows that opened onto the main square in the old palace. Great position! Great value for money. We really enjoyed it, though it isn't easy to find. When you get to Ispod user 3 ash the people at the gelato bar, it's just around the corner.

We can not fault Apartments Fortezza at all! They were extremely helpful, collecting us from the bus and walking us to our apartment which was beautiful right in the heart of the old town of Split. We were only here for one night as we did not arrange a second night, which we wish we had of! However, they ensured they found us a second nights accommodation somewhere very close, we were walked to this hotel as well. Very friendly, helpful and accommodation was stunning. Would definitely recommend for a short city visit!

La situation très tranquille à l'intérieur même du périmètre du Palais Dioclétien. Ambiance d'une maison intégrée à l'architecture particulière de l'endroit. Très confortable. L'hôtesse est charmante et aux petits soins.

Ne comptez pas sur un parking. Le plus proche se trouve à environ 400 M. et coûte 70 kn/24 heures.Vous devrez donc tirer votre valise car la situation de l'établissement au coeur même du quartier historique ne permet pas de s'arrêter tout près.

Es war sehr zentral und doch einigermassen ruhig. Es war schön eingerichtet.

Im Badezimmer hatte es jeden Tag einen dicken Wurm.

Una grata sorpresa en el centro de una ciudad preciosa. Muy buena situación, decorado con mucho gusto, espacioso, luminoso, silencioso a pesar de estar en una plaza de mucho ambiente nocturno. El cuarto de baño es pequeño, proporcionalmente al apartamento, pero con lo básico. Todo está receintemente reformado, nuevo y limpio.
