Good contact by email, friendly service, nice bar downstairs in the house, modern equipped appartment, very private with separate entrance.

Air freshener spay was used very intensively, but after opening the windows it is ok.

Service with a smile. CLear instructions to contact before arrival, greeted with a smile even though it was -6 outside. All amenities were first class, they provided a wonderful breakfast, and even arranged for pizza to be delivered. Would definitely visit again

The location was in a nice neighborhood. The gentleman, who introduced us to the apartment was very friendly, & helpful, answering all our questions. Some of the comforts were the boxes of tea in the cupboard, shower gel in the shower (one for ladies, one for gentlemen) and a washing machine. We wished we'd booked the room for the week instead of the hotel where we stayed the rest of the time that week. I would go back should I ever get the chance to be in Croatia again. Very nice.

It was really our fault but we left the windows open during the night and the noise from the adjoining street was very apparent.

It was an excellent apartment. Everything was so clean and fresh. I really recommend this place to anyone who happens to be in Osijek.

Place actually looks like on photos. Nothing fancy, but comfortable and nice place for the money. I would stay there next time then I happen to be in the city.

The balcony door did not work very well. At least the handle worked differently than shown on the pictogram.

The owner was very welcoming and helpful and suggested restaurants and sites to see. He spoke excellent English. The owner of the bar in front was also very helpful and suggested a few ideas for things to see. Laundry facilities (washer) and drying rack in the apartment. Owner had stocked the refrigerator and brought fresh buns every morning for breakfast and brought a filter coffee maker for our use. Very comfortable and clean. This was one of our favourite spots to stay this trip.

L'appartamento che ci è stato assegnato era pulito e comprendeva tutti i confort. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e professionale.

Bon équipement, propriétaire très aimable, jolie décoration.

Il faut se servir de son propre portable à l'étranger, et il y a besoin de petites réparations dans la salle de bain.

L'appartement est spacieux, agréable, très bien équipé (table à repasser, cuisine complète, aspirateur, machine à laver, etc) : rien à dire c'est parfait. Une place de parking gratuite est réservée au pied de l'appartement. N'ayant pas de téléphone, nous avions demandé par mail à ce que quelqu'un nous attende pour nous ouvrir en donnant un espace d'une heure et la personne était bien là ce qui est très agréable après une longue route...

Le point noir principal était une grande saleté de l'appartement ce qui m'a contraint à faire un minimum de nettoyage. La climatisation n'est que dans le salon ce qui fait que nous avons un peu souffert la nuit dans la chambre mais c'était une période de canicule (plus de 40°) donc un peu particulier. Dans la chambre, il y a 3 petits lits, ce qui ne convient pas à tout le monde.

gibt nicht viel zu sagen. war einfach ok,bei meinem nächsten besuch gibt es keinen grund nicht wieder das apartment zu buchen

Am meisten hat uns die Freundlichkeit des Herrn Postic gefallen, der alles selbst perfekt organisiert hat und jeden Wunsch bezüglich des Frühstücks erfüllt hat.

The best apartment I have ever stayed in Croatia. The well thought design of the apartment and use of space : modern quality furniture in every room. Fantastic studio kitchen comfortable beds, location, cleanness , hosts friendliness and welcome: ( there was no problem for Mr. Postic to collect us from the airport in Osijek.) Lovely balcony facing to the courtyard with design chairs and table. At the time we ware staying in Osijek temperature was reaching 40 degrees Celsius, staying in Postic apartment there was no suffering of the heat as the aircon. and proper blinds on the balcony door and the windows made a difference. The fridge was pact with specialties of the region for breakfast. Various fresh bread rolls from the best bakery on Osijek in front of the door every morning.Perfect location : only walking distance from the city center and main bus station. I wish we could stay longer.

清潔で、広く、駅のすぐそばで、安く、いうことなしです。 冷蔵庫の中に、牛乳、ハム、ヨーグルトなどが入っており、食べていいものか迷いました。結局、食べてよかっ- たようです。 調理用品や、油、塩、砂糖、キッチンペーパーなどふんだんにあり、洗濯機もありました。完璧です。
