friendly staff,reasonable facilities and good location above a bar area so a bit noisy in the evenings (but we are mature!). No balcony but good views and there is a shared terrace facility available

We got a one bedroom apartment, which was right on the waterfront promenade, with very small windows, but a beautiful view and great location in the center and close to the St. James cathedral. Great value for the money, newly remodeled with air conditioning.

Excellent accueil de la propriétaire, qui a pris le temps de nous présenter sa ville, les sites touristiques... Très bel hébergement, cuisine commune très bien aménagée, avec une belle vue sur la forteresse. Excellente localisation, à deux pas de la vieille ville. Un peu difficile à trouver, dans des petites rues étroites. La propriétaire nous a proposé sa place de parking perso, mais c'est inutile, il y a un petit parking public gratuit à deux pas.

Accueil top, cuisine équipée, balcon avec vue sur la mer et la vieille ville, wifi gratuit, parking devant l'immeuble, acces a la vieille ville en 5 minutes a pied. 2 salles de bains pour 4 chambres, et très difficile à trouver ! (Dédale de petites ruelles à sens unique, parfois à peine assez larges pour la voiture : mieux vaut bien repérer le chemin avant !)

Top-Lage in der Altstadt, trotzdem gute Parkmöglichkeit. Kleines, karg eingerichtetes Zimmer. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist winzig und kaum benutzbar. Kein Wohlfühlfaktor.

Bella terrazza con vista mare, camera pulita, proprietaria gentile e molto disponibile,è venuta a prenderci al porto e ci ha fornito tante info turistiche. comoda e attrezzata la cucina in comune. cinque minuti a piedi dal mare e dieci dal centro.consigliato bagno privato ma all'esterno della stanza.

We stayed in Drniskih Zrtava Street, the owner - lady - was very nice and helpful. 5 minutes to the newly open beach. the bathroom was in the corridor, though private only for the room.

Chambre spacieuse et calme, disposant d'une grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer, à 5 mn à pied de la plage de Sibenik et à 10 mn à pied de la gare routière. Les appartements sont organisés autour d'une cuisine commune équipée (réfrigérateur, plaque de cuisson et même de la vaisselle), pratique pour s'y préparer son petit déjeuner et même ses repas. La chambre n'est pas climatisée. En dormant la fenêtre grande ouverte et avec le ventilateur allumé c'est supportable, à condition de supporter la chaleur.

Erg aardig personeel en een prima kamer met balkon! De badkamer grensde niet aan de kamer waardoor je over de gang moest, dat vonden wij niet zo fijn.

El apartamento. Encargada habla español. Aunque tiene buenas ventanas, se escucha la musica de la terraza de abajo. No mucho, pero algo si. No cierran muy tarde, asi que de puede dormir.

Estuve dos dias en Sibenik, y no pude elegir un sitio mejor para hospedarme, el apartamento está equipado al completo , cocina, baño, dormitorio y un espacio de comedor con sofa-cama, parking gratis, wifi gratis, y lo mejor de todo es la amabilidad, simpatia e implicación por que disfrutes de tu estancia de Zvonimira, la propietaria, que ademas habla español y es guia turistico de la oficina de turismo de Sibenik, es una apasionada de su ciudad, me encanta la gente así, pero lo cierto es que tiene toda la razón cuando dice que Sibenik es un lugar ideal como puerto base y desde ahí visitar , Split (a 1 hora escasa), parque nacional de KRKA, Trogir, Zadar, excursiones a las islas, etc. Por supuesto el propio Sibenik tiene un encanto especial que bien vale la pena gastar unos dias para recorrer sus calles, la catedral de Santiago , el castillo de San Miguel (sobre todo sus vistas desde él). Zvonimira, muchisimas gracias por todo.

Appart super bien placé, aux pieds de la vieille ville, à côté de la gare routière, et des embarcations pour les îles. Notre hôtesse a été très accueillante, proche de nous, toujours dispo, parle français et avons eu droit à une visite guidée. Appart très propre, grand, au dessus des bars sur une ruelle de bord de mer, le 1er soir nous avons été surpris par le bruit de la musique mais cela s'arrête très vite et les autres soirs nous n'y avons plus prêté attention. Des restau à prix corrects sur la place de la Cathédrale. Une très belle ville qui vaut de s'y arrêter. Nous le recommandons, et y retournerons si d'aventure nous devions repartir en Dalmatie.

цена. адрес, указанный на сайте, не соответствует действительности. по телефону вызвали хозяйку наших аппартаментов, которая нас и привела в свой дом. "аппартаменты" состоят из комнаты, общей кухни и санузла отдельно. в соседней комнате жили другие люди. слышимость очень хорошая. по телевизору только хорватские каналы.

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit Meerblick . Außerst bemühte und freundliche Besitzerin Leider war das Apartment nicht an der Stelle , wie bei booking hinterlegt. Zwischen dem eingetragen Ort und dem tatsächlichem Ort liegen viele Treppenstufen .
