The recently built exclusive apartments Trogir are situated in an excellent location 250 metres from the old town of Trogir but away from the city stress and noise.

With easy access to private parking, our apartments are on the first and second floors of the family house. There are 7 apartments and a twin room.

The house is maintained extremely well; a family atmosphere with Dalmatian hospitality and warmth awaits. All apartments have wonderful views, assuring you of a comfortable and memorable holiday.

Cancellation

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 2.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Deposit

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel information

The historic city center of Trogir with its innumerable cultural monuments (proteceted by UNESCO), restaurants, a disco... is only a few minutes of walk from the apartments.
Beaches with numerous sport facilities are 500 to 2000 m away from the apartments.

All our guests are free to use an outside barbecue.

Please be informed that extra beds are accepted in the apartments only, and not in the Twin Room.

Food & beverage

The new restaurant, only for our guests, is situated on the ground floor of the villa.
Breakfast is a combination of continental and English breakfast, made to your tastes, while dinner is traditional Croatian. Simple international meals can be served too.
There is also a self-service bar and you can use, yourself or with our help, the outside barbecue.

The apartments are on the first and second floor of the family house. There are 7 apartments and a twin room, categorized with four stars.

Area information

Trogir is situated in the center of Dalmatia, southern coast of the Adriatic Sea. The heart of Trogir is a small island situated between the hills of the mainland and the island of Čiovo.

This was great value for money and the manager is extremely helpful and
friendly. We picked this place due to what other travellers had said
and we were not let down. This hotel is clean and fresh and very
flexible with requests for minding baggage and a late checkout where it
was possible.

The hotel is a very short walk into the beautiful ancient town of
Trogir. Luka and his wife were very welcoming and we enjoyed a glass or
3 of his wine with other guests around the bbq in the late evening. All
very friendly and attentive. Made even easier that Luka speaks excellent
English and is a nice bloke so thanks a lot.

Hard to criticise what is basically an excellent value, new and clean
hotel. I suppose the towels could have been a bit bigger and the tv was
a bit high on the wall but hey, thats nit picking.

Our appartment was really clean, quiet as just off the main street, but just a short stroll to the old town. Spaceous, bright, air con for those sticky nights, good fridge and our proprietors wine, well it has a punch.

Softer pillows? Everything else was fantastic, I would definately go back.

Luca (the Owner) treated us really well.Collected us from airport, invited us to evening bbq on night of arrival.Gave us a bottle of his lovely home made wine and made us feel very welcome.

The great family atmosphere, impeccable cleanliness and really personal
service one can never find, not even deluxe hotels, As my husband had
just suffered a severe bout of salmonella in another country, Luka and
his wife went out of their way to provide adequate food for his
condition.Most enjoyable was an evening spent in the garden with Luka,
his wife and other guests with free wine flowing.

Mainly the helpfullness of the man at reception. e stored some unwanted luggage for us for a week and he helped us find someone to do some laundry, after we found out that Trogir didn't have a laundromat. No one could have been kinder or more patient and helpful

the location is excellent and the owners were very welcoming and helpful. this was the second time we stayed at the hotel. the apartment we had last time was really large and extremely well equipped and this one was quite small. however if we needed anything, the owners were happy to provide it.

accommodation very clean and modern. THe location is good with only a

Proximity to Trogir centre. Other than as noted below, apartment was very good - modern, clean and well equipped

Air conditioning (one unit in Lounge) was insufficient to keep bedrooms cool

The owner, Luka, was very helpful. He lent us 2 umbrellas and helped with bus information and trips. The apartment was very large and spotlessly clean.
