Apartments Olive Tree  

Las mejores vistas de Hvar. Aunque no todos los apartamentos, a pesar de estar en el mismo edificio, disfrutan de una situacion tan magnifica, el que tiene la pequeña terraza bajo el olivo permite unas espectaculares vistas del pueblo y del puerto. Perfecto para disfrutar de una cena bajo las estrellas. Además, el exquisito trato, tanto de la propietaria como su hija, y un magnífico precio hacen que la relación calidad/precio, al menos del apartamento referido, sea de 10.

We really enjoyed our stay at these apartments. We got an email with directions before we got there which was very helpful and we felt very welcome when we arrived. The location is perfect, its just up the hill from the main square (there's a few steps) its quiet, but near enough to everything, shops, bars and restaurants. The views from the balcony are stunning! Our twin room was clean and comfortable with a good size bathroom. I would recommend the Apartments Olive Tree to anyone, the owner was lovely and we had a brilliant stay on Hvar.

The location is perfect & nice view to the marina and its one of the best apartments i´ve ever been to!

Tolle Lage mit schönen Blick auf den Hafen von Hvar und das Meer von der Terrasse. Vom Appartment aus sieht man die Zitadelle und ebenfalls den Hafen. Sehr nette Vermieterin, sauberes kleines Appartement. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet!

Man kann nicht mit dem Auto zufahren und muss relativ weit die Koffer zum Appartment über viele Stufen und bergauf tragen. Die Einrichtung ist sauber, aber schon sehr alt und abgewohnt. Wenig Komfort: altes Bett, kein tv, kein Fön, sehr wenige Stecker in der Küche. Schwer zu finden, gps bzw. Navi hat uns nicht richtig gelotst besser vorher Route online berechnen und ausdrucken.

Excellente situation géographique pour ce studio avec vue sur la place saint -étienne de Hvar qui est située à quelques centaines de mètres de face en contrebas, équipement et salle de bain correct, chambre climatisée, moustiquaire, on déplore juste que la chambre soit un peu petite mais pour la vue exceptionnelle cela reste d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix

Wunderschöner Blick auf den Hafen, den großen Platz, die Burg und den Kirchturm. Rings um das Haus gibt es Zitronenbäume, Lavendel, einen Kräutergarten, Weinstöcke. Uns wurde eine kleine eigene Terrasse zugeweisen unter einem Olivenbaum - hervorragend für einen romantischen Abend-Snack und das Frühstück (Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und ein bisschen Küchenausstattung vorhanden).

Easy to find from the ferry, comfortable room with a good view of town, and a balcony that we used well.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr schöner Ausblick über den Hafen. Sauber. Freundliche Besitzer.

Kein W-Lan Empfang im Zimmer.

Very spacious. Each bedroom had is own bathroom, which was nice. Comfy beds, big bathrooms. The view for the terrace was brilliant. Family that owns is lives above if you need anything. Wonderful.

Incredible views of the harbor, town and fortress. Easy 5 minute walk into the old town. Lovely deck. Friendly and kind proprietors. The chance for our children to see a family growing their own grapes and oranges and vegetables in their yard.

The accomadations were far more modest than I thought from pictures and other reviews. Because in Europe, you must rent two hotel rooms to fir a family, an apartment made more sense for us, but I did not bargain for a 3 minute splash shower because of tiny hot water heaters, and mattresses, sheets, pillows, towels and blankets that are too thin and rough, and generally worn out. I'm not being picky here, honestly, you have to be prepared for extremely dim lighting and uncomfortable bedding. Maybe backpackers would find this comfortable, but not a family. I would recommend it if you are aware of the extreme modesty of the place, which I was not.I Would recommend it with this reservation.
