Other attractions include the reconstructed Romanesque St. Grisigono's Church from the 12th century and the St. Mary's bell tower from the year 1105. There are the mighty fortification walls with first class Seafarer's and Land gates from the 16th century followed by the Three and Five Wells Squares as well as many palaces, villas and other historic monuments.
The hotel is only 150 metres from the sea. Just 10 km away is the town of Zadar, with its railway and bus station and ferry service to local islands. The international ferry harbour is only 7 km and Zadar international airport is only 10 km away.

The 2 room appartment was a reasonable size for 4 people, and clean, with a large useable balcony. The rooms had been relatively recently painted and refloored. The 2 room appartment was poorly equipped for the price, with broken tv,and old poor quality furniture. Would have been nice if the telly worked properly, and the kitchen was better equipped, e.g. a fridge with a freezer compartment. |

The price was very reasonable for a large en-suite room which was modern and very clean. The owners of Villa Vilma were friendly and the Villa has a nice atmosphere. A continental breakfast was also provided. The Villa was close to Zadar airport and within walking distance from the beach. |

The appartment was spacious with a big terras and a lovely view. Furniture was basic and old. Location of the hotel is not good. It's a few kilometers away from the town, a long walk along a busy road. Hotel staff is friendly but do not speak english. |

Friendly, family run small 'hotel'. Clean,comfortable, quiet location. Good breakfast, typical for Croatia. Home made sweet pancakes and omlettes for breakfast. Vilma and husband great hosts. About a mile from nearest restaurants. A car is essential to enjoy the best of the area. |

* Mrs Vilma (the hostess and owner) helpful, accommodating and with a "no problem" attitude, able to give advice about Zadar and the area. * Mr Ivo Lozic (the owner) - professional and knowledgeable, nice to talk with. * Relaxed atmosphere of the villa. * Good breakfasts. * Air conditioning in the rooms (quiet, which really helps). * Good standard of the rooms. * The kitchen in the appartment was a bit dated, especially the loud and old fridge. Not a great problem though. |

We only booked to stay one night as we flew into Zadar early evening, before travelling on the next day. The guest house is about a 15 minute drive from the airport (ignore the directions available via the booking-dot-com website; our car rental rep told us we were sure to get lost at night if we took them and to use the direct main road instead and that worked fine. The building is set well back (about 100 metres) from the main coastal road, down a small road, so it was strange that both my wife and I heard traffic noise during the night a couple of times as there was little traffic on the road when we arrived (beginning of April). Maybe we were unlucky and there were a couple of heavy lorries; it certainly would't stop us from staying here again. |

Vilma and her husband went out of their way to be helpful. They are a delightful couple and very committed to providing guests with the best possible holiday experience. We would have preferred a double bed rather than two singles pushed together. Also they offer cycle hire but the bikes are (a) very small (even with their seats extended as far as possible) (b) the gears don't work and (c) the brakes are not great so, in all, the bikes are unsuitable for anything other than short trips. |

Bitte schreiben Sie mindestens 15 Wörter Sehr freundliche Familie. Man fühlte sich wie zu Hause. Wir bekamen sogar das Appartement statt des gebuchten Zimmers und dies ohne Aufpreis mit der Begründung der Besitzerin, dass dies bei 1 Woche Aufenthalt für uns angenehmer wäre und wir mehr Platz hätten. |
