The family were helpful and friendly and the views from the balcony were good. For the price the furniture and equipment are very basic. |

Wonderful apartment with three bedrooms and kitchen facilities. The view of the Adriatic from our fourth floor apartment was beautiful. The owners speak little english but are very nice and gracious. They picked oranges and kiwis from their garden for us as a parting gift! A city bus stop is 5 minutes away and takes you directly to the Old City. There are restaurants within walking distance and a local Adriatic beach is almost directly across the street from the apartment too. The apartment location is very residential with a smattering of other aprtment businesses. There were several restaurants and clubs in the neighborhood with the accompanying loud music on the weekend. Overall, it didn't bother us too much but was noticeable on Saturday night. |

The apartment was very neat and clean, and the air conditioning was definitely nice. We were greeted by the owners upon arrival who gave us the keys, and paying/departing was a quick and easy process. the hot water ran out quite quickly, but i found out that this is the case around much of europe. |

Room is actually a self contained apartment with kitchen. The owners are very nice and helpful. They even did our washing for us and did not ask for payment (although we paid in thanks). Facilities are a bit run down. Beds are a bit short and lumpy. The double bed was actually two singles pulled together but there were wooden frames seperating the two which kind of defeated the purpose. The towels were very 'rustic'. I would not recommend staying in Borik - much better to be closer to the old town (there are buses but taxis are frightfully expensive). |

Niko was adorable. The apartment had everything we needed and great balconies. Just a short walk to the water. Charming. A little hard to find, look for the sign along the water front, just before/after the curve. |

Vänlig atmosfär och väldigt generöst och omtänksamt värdpar. I vår 5-bäddslägenhet fanns två toaletter med dusch och tre balkonger...det kändes lyxigt! Nära till matbutik, restaurang/bar, strand och busshållplats. Lugnt läge, inga problem med nattsömnen... I vår lägenhet saknade vi en soffa el liknande att koppla av/ sitta och prata i, blev lite hårt med köksstolarna...Värdparets engelska kunskaper kunde vara lite bättre men det funkade trots allt. |

Vi tyckte det mesta var riktigt bra. Läge, härlig utsikt från stor balkong, personal och service. Vi var väldigt nöjda när vi åkte hem och återvänder gärna till detta lägenhetshotell. Första natten höll vi på att frysa ihjäl för att vi inte hade förstått hur vi skulle ändra på luftvärmepumpen. Detta ordnade sig dock och resten av vistelsen blev varm och skön i lägenheten. |

Vi hade en fin vecka med utmärkt kontakt med det trevliga lite äldre paret, Vinco Sestan med fru. De var gästvänliga med fler än en smakrik överraskning. Vår lägenhet (200) var utrustad med dubbla duschrum, fin utsikt vid den vackra solnedgången. Sandstrand 10 min gångväg, sällsynt här. Zadar perfekt för oss i Nyköping, Ryanair, lika nära airport i Zadar. Om man måste säga något negativt, är sängarna kanske i kortaste laget, jag är 185 cm, och det var gränsfall. |

Bra läge nära stranden med havsutsikt från balkongerna. Värdparet är väldigt trevliga. Städningen är utmärkt. Vägbeskrivningen stämde förutom att det stod vänster istället för höger. |
